I'm surprised by the other reviewers here, because I had a completely different experience with Patrick. I'm sure it probably helped that my realtor was the one who referred me and hooked us up, but I thought Patrick was a great guy. He came out very quickly after me calling for a quote, gave me a great price, and then his guys came out the following week (we had to get the place painted in between or I'm sure it would have been faster). They literally did the whole house with carpet (including stairs) in less than a day. Everything looked perfect when they were done and I wasn't upset by the price. Only issue I had was that they double-billed me for the credit card upcharge, but I called the office the next day when I saw it hit and they cut me a check for the refund and I had it in hand the next day. Miracle Flooring was recommended by our remodeling contractor and I can understand why. The personal attention we got from the owner was surprising, he was so knowledgable of the flooring we bought. We had the hardwood flooring put in our new recreation room, carpet in living room and bedroom and stone tile in the entry and kitchen. The communication was great and the quality of work is very professional. From sitting down with us and going over the our questions and helping us select the right material for our needs, to the installation and follow up, I could not have been happier. I would never ever use this company again. Patrick is rude and unprofessional. He will tell you that he does not use contractors.....but that is a blatant lie. In three days we had 3 different random people in the house. A two day job took over five days. He demanded final payment before the job was even completed. He never returned to a final inspection.....but demanded his money. In our closet there was a three inch gap we said needed to be fixed. He said they (workers) probably though that since it was in the closet and hidden we probably wouldn't mind. Buyer beware. Wow took over a year to respond....sums up his entire business and lack of professionalism! Who is this friend of mine? Which person that you pick up off the street? Do you even know who was in my home? I doubt it...the people that came in and out looked like you found them on the street corner with a sign saying "will work for food". I find it funny that you use the term "God bless" when you are are clearly a blatant, bold faced liar in addition to being an incompetent business person. One word: horrendous. This was a homeowner's nightmare that no one should ever have to experience. It almost feels as though I've been caught in a nightmare that my body refuses to wake up from. I purchased a new home and hired Miracle Flooring to do work on my existing hardwood floors. The overall scope of my renovation was complex and the timeline was reliant upon specific completion dates. Patrick Mazzoni personally assured me that the work would be complete within a 5 day time period. Not only was the deadline not met, but his staff and subcontractors were extremely unprofessional and worst of all...the "unimaginable mess" left behind. On the day of "supposed" completion I felt as though I had walked into a flooring crime scene. The floors were poorly sanded resulting in uneven/splotchy stain as well as stain splattered up along the baseboards, walls, doors, door casings, carpet, and even the adjacent stairwell. A nightmare may be an understatement. Not only will I never use Patrick Mazzoni and Miracle Flooring again, I hope this story prevents another from experiencing a similar predicament read more

I had MF remove the old carpet and install new carpet though out my upstairs and along the stairs. The price was reasonable, and he even provided a better carpet option than was originally planning on. Once I had decided on the carpet, it was only about a week to receive the carpet and get it installed. I love the carpet. I'm in Fort Collins and he had no problem coming up to measure or send installers without charging any extra. I originally heard about them via another customer who also only had glowing things to say. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. He is fine at first with setting up the appointments and coming to do the estimates. But after that don't even waste your breath. He told me that my products wouldnt be in for a few days even though this had been scheduled awhile in advance..Any time that I have showed up during business hours no one is there. He has crews that come in and install but wont answer me when I have questions or if I think an area needs to be retouched.... But he says that he will do " anything" for his customers. BOGUS. This was possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I inadvertently misplaced his color sample book for floor stains and had it in my house for a few days. He called and left several extremely unprofessional voicemails and even threatened to come to my house. This was after I had returned the sample book. It was a simple mistake and could have called to leave a friendly reminder which most business owners do especially with someone they are trying to do business with. Definitely the worst company I've ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone. I'm a general contractor and have multiple vendors. I needed carpet installed and called this company to give them a shot because my vendors didn't have the carpet in stock. They where fast at first and came out and measured and quoted me $1249.00. My carpet vendors quoted me $1039.00 but was a 7 day wait. I asked Miracle Flooring would match their price and they said no that they have the best prices in town. Blah blah blah. I scheduled it with them anyways because he said its next say installation. So I asked if it was a possibly to have it installed same day. He said he would have to get back to us. He got back to us and said he couldn't and he couldn't have it installed next day either. I would have to wait 3 days and they would show up between 8:30 and 9:30. Ok whatever. Thursday came and 10 o'clock passed. I called the guy and he couldn't find his guys. He said he'll send another crew and they will show up at 2. 3:30 came and they finally showed up. I got into an argument with the guy and asked for a discount he said no and said its not his problem. How is it not his problem. It is his problem and he should have token responsible for his guys. He said he's just going to call the guys and have them stop working. The guys already pulled the carpet and started laying pad. I told the guy to installed it that I'll pay the man. I got the carpet installed and I'm beyond disappointed with this company. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone read more

They just installed a whole house of carpet and vinyl flooring in one of my rental units. They really bailed me out getting everything installed in 2 days. I have used them before and Pat is very up front and fair. I can't thank them enough for coming through with such short notice.
