This company did not deliver all of my items (1 bottle of the hair serum was missing). I spoke with Ms. Tyre Hill and she said she was going to have them send it to me. I waited a month and still did not get my item. I called again and got Ms. Tyre-Hill. She called me my name ( This is Ms. Boyd), and said she was going to call Ms. Riley to have them mail it to me. I've been having issues with not receiving my order on time, when I get my order I have missing items, then email the company and then can't never get anybody in the phone at all. When u call the company lines the lines hang up on you. Then again I received the wrong item, got no response at all. It's kinda frustrating to me. The order was filled and delivered quickly. The bottles are too small for the price. You would only get a week use out of the bottle and the shipping cost is just as much as the bottle. I can't tell you if it works because I will not pay $60 a week for this product. They are scamming people out of their money. Those bottles are 4oz and not enough to use to see a difference. I had a not so pleasant experience with this hair. I purchased the Brazilian deep wave. The curl pattern was what I wanted but it wouldn't color or hold moisture. I have to wet and detangle the hair everyday with a leave in conditioner. I can't wear it down because it tangles up so bad. Maybe I got a bad batch of hair but I won't purchase again. read more

It's a great product. However the customer service that they have line, is highly unprofessional! For starters you have to call more than once just to get through. Second they keep you on hold forever! While on hold you hear the representatives laughing, gossiping, and them on calls with other customers.As if the call is on speaker. The bad thing is that you complain to the BBB and they do nothing! I purchased hair from your company in February of 2018 when I attended your coaching conference in Milwaukee Wisconsin. From there I purchased three additional wigs and was extremely pleased and excited about the product as well as the quality of service. My last order for this 18 inch raw Indian hair wig and 14 inch bohemian wig, both fell short of quality with the product and service. POOR QUALITY!!! Mrs. Hill and her team talked over me, I was yelled at, and I was belittled regarding my education of the product. She was put on the phone and continued to disrespect and belittle me. I no longer do business with her. This was a switch bait job. Seeing all the constant complaints about the business angers me again. i ordered a 3 for $30 bundle (shampoo, conditioner, and hair growth oil). i ended up receiving the wrong order. i received the hair growth oil, rapid hair growth oil, and the edge control. now the products weren't the problem, but the customer service was. i wanted to know what would be the best way to order for next time so i dont get an order that costs more than what i ordered. i talked with 5 different people including the owner miss hill. they were all very rude and were not willing to help. i was told that i was going to get some one fired and i should just deal with what i have since it costs more than what i ordered. they didnt ask for my order number or even my name. i didint want any free products or even a refund. but they kept asking what i wanted them to do like as if i was asking for free products. i have pictures proving i was given the wrong items, and i was told by miss hill that i needed to return the items to her to to receive what i originally ordered. they didnt even ask for an order number so they have no idea what i ordered. i dont know how well these products work, but if you order something form her, and you need help, do not call the customer service. they will not help you. even the BBB stated that her address is a fake address and to not buy from her company. her customer service is just her family working thru her home and they are not customer service oriented. please do not buy from her. read more
