Tire shop is horrible, went to get tires changed they damaged my rim to my vehicle and then did nothing to fix it. Dealt with Cass first, seemed upset that I would even claim that they damaged my rim, he refused to look at the photos showing where it showed the damage. Cass kept saying that the damage was pre existing. Cass tried to show that there was a mark on the rim prior to install of the tires, however, ignored the makers mark on the rim showing he was wrong. He got mad and stormed off saying I will let the manager deal with you. I then met the store manager Jerry. He was at least calm, listened to what I was saying. Took my information and said someone would contact me to fix the damage, over a month later still no one called. Sam's club is a discount store, lots of great deals but buyer be aware when it comes to tires. read more

They didn't have chickens early and because I purchase the early pass I wrote to Sam's and said that the downfall of buying the early pass was the chickens are never ready for early shoppers. I've been a member for 4 years now, went through checkout lines then they started self check out one or two stations, then scan and go... I love scan and go, really easy and fast then they went to the auto thing at the door that scans your stuff and you get a go ahead or someone had to look at your stuff... now they have maybe two cashiers and a bunch of self checkout stations, that's ok until something goes wrong the you have to wait while ONE person services the entire area... I understand updating the area to save money and time until things go badly and out of 6 or 8 stations some need help and only one person is working, I'm not complaining about the person, just the lack of staff.. left my phone at home, not going to do that again, scan and go is a time saver, it works... everything else is a pain to deal with, so my review is about staffing shortages HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!! Go to the Sam's Club Pharmacy and see for yourself! It's a very pleasant surprise! The private room for vaccinations is clean and the pharmacist explains everything. If meds have to be ordered (like mine did) you'll get a text when they're filled. Sam's also provides its own discount program making many scripts $1. It also double and triple checks it's program against your insurance as well as any discount cards like Gold Rx. Then they take the least expensive. If any are extremely high priced (like one of mine was) they'll even discuss where other pharmacies may have it for less. We sere staying nearby and had to stop for fuel before heading out. Their fuel prices were amazing. $.15 a gallon less than the station across the road. I filled up so it took some time, so I had a nice conversation with the attendant. He's an ex-truck driver so he had some interesting stories to tell. read more

I go to Sam's club in my hometown at least 5 times a month and my bill is always more than $200 and often $300. The food selection is always great and the prices are good and the fruit, vegetables, meat and fish are fresh. My problem with the Brunswick store is actually limited to only one thing- but it's the same thing that I've complained to them about 3 previous times. I've been to this store 6 or 7 times and almost every time they do not have rotisserie chickens. I know it's a first world problem - but come on guys... it's not rocket science. This has got to be the worst Sams club ever. The customer service is so bad I stopped talking to the employees. The cafe area was dirty and out of lids for drinks, I asked the lady at the counter for some and she acted as if I had just insulted her. Then the lady next to me interjected with a comment on how bad the service was here and that the one in Pooler was so much better. My husband order a set of tires for 139.00 each thru the Sam's in Brunswick on 11/27/20. Gets an email on 12/03/20 saying your special order has arrive for the tires showing an invoice for the tires including labor to get tires put on of around 650.00. Makes the appt. to have them put on for 12/5/20. Drives to Brunswick (30 miles one way) employees in tire Dept gives him a price of around 850.00. He shows the guy the email he received on the lower price. The sales guys goes shows it to a mgr. only to come back to show my husband in very small print... price subject to change! Needless to say my husband walked out with no tires and came home cut up our Sam's card up! We don't deal with fraudulent advertising! We will be looking at a Costco membership! I just visited this Sam's location while traveling. Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Due to pouring rain, my husband dropped me, our baby, and my oldest child off at the awning so we could go inside and not get drenched. After a good shopping trip at sam clubs my family wanted something to drink the kids got slushy the adults got the Fountain machine as we walk over there was hardly anything in the Fountain machines things for empty water was coming out of their machine and there was no syrup or carbonation at all. We walk over in Talk to associate about the drink fountain she kind a look at us with dumb found look on her face she. She stood there with like a deer caught in headlights. She comes over she was changes caps over from a different machine and then she said it was fixed when she didn't even go in the back and look still not fixed so she went in the back never mind you there were seven other sodas that were empty we just want a Dr Pepper. She comes out until it's fixed still taste like water but the crazy thing was never took her gloves off to wash her hands or anything in stared grabbing stuff in twisting stuff like that was gross enough. read more

I am rating only the Customer Service Desk. Members for 24 years. Went to pay my bill with a check attached to a billing statement with payment coupon. BOTH had account numbers written on them. They asked for my Sam's card as is usual. Never looked at the bill or check; LAZY employee. & credited my account instead of my husband's which was a different account from mine. 2 weeks later my husband gets a notice the bill was not paid. We took care of it & made another payment. But had we not found out his CREDIT WOULD HAVE BEEN RUINED. Pay your bill on line. Saves time & in efficiency from employees that do not care. read more

If I could give zero stars I would, after the unpleasant experience I encountered at the sams club gas station this morning. I pull in, no one is pumping gas, not a vehicle in sight. I start putting my cards in and someone starts hollering at my from their vehicle that was apparently hidden in the dark corner of the parking lot. I ignore the yelling being that I am a very small female. The women who is supposed to be in the little cash register box not hanging out in her vehicle, comes over yelling at me to move my car or she was going to turn off my pump. I told her to go ahead and turn off the pump because there was no reason for me to move my car being that there was no other vehicles at this gas station. I literally drove over to the raceway that's right next to this gas station and pumped my gas. Dealing with this person isn't worth the $.20 difference you'd be saving. I will not be returning due to the customer service, or should I say the lack there of. My family will definitely not be coming to Sam's club anymore. We are cutting up the membership card as we speak. read more

This is the worst managed store I have ever been too! Management (Jennifer) lied about taking a written complaint said corporate did not allow it! Well if you don't take complaints your store has no problems. I have been complaining for 2 years about the diesel pumps not working or not working properly. No change! I have made 15 complaints to corporate with no change. Have made 3 complaints in person. Recently complained again asked for current store manager to contact me and district manager again still waiting. Hope they close this store! I am not a Walmart shopper and thought this would be like Walmart. I mostly shopped at Costco and I was surprised to see how much they are similar. I really like this store. The staff here is really nice and friendly. I like the app that allows you to pay on your phone and not wait in line. The lines can be a little slow but I kind of expect that here. I purchased some tires and had them installed. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes with no one waiting ahead of me. When my keys were given to me I was informed by the technician that I had to drive 5 miles before the tire pressure light would go off (I thought this was strange because I have gotten new tires before and no one had ever told me that). I drove over 5 miles and returned to Sams to speak with the Team Lead. He told me that sometimes it takes longer than that and could be up to 50 miles. Well i had to go out of town so I was not taking any chances. I took my car to the dealership to be checked out. The dealership retrained the tire sensor and the tire pressure light went off. Lesson learned: if your tire pressure light is on after getting anything done with your tires here, make sure you get your car checked to make sure the tire pressure light is off. Do not believe that "you have to drive a certain number of miles" stuff! In addition, they could not put my hub caps back on because they were broken after they were taken off. The good news is the price of the new tires were the cheapest in town. read more

This is about the Brunswick GA Sam's Club. I live in Jesup, GA. I had been getting a prescription filled at one of the newer drugstore chains in Jesup, and thought I was getting a good price, until a nurse I recently had met from another town had told me about trying a store that had a membership, such as Sam's Club. I told her I was a premium member at Sam's Club, as she said I should call, just to see if they might could save me any money. Wow! For the past 15 months, I had been paying about $223 per month at the local chain drugstore pharmacy, as the nice lady at Sam's Club quoted me a price of $126 for the same prescription, a savings of $97 per month, over $1160 per year, enough to pay for the membership of $100 per year plus to be able to purchase groceries in bulk and save even more. Seems as though the local pharmacy could do the same thing, instead of getting filthy rich from me and others, as it is worth my driving 40 miles each way to save $97 per month, even if it cost me $10 to drive each way, it still would keep $77 in my pocket to invest in other things, than to just throw it away to a local store.
