I want to say that there is one woman that works here, shorter hair. Today she had on a lanyard and an orange vest. She was incredibly helpful, and not one of these words is targeted at her. For starters, the people who work here are beyond rude. The cashier was very VERY impatient with me, as I tried my best to lift heavy frames onto the counter so she could scan their tag. She snapped at me twice, cut me off twice, and gave me an attitude.I got two frames basically the exact same, one of the frames didn't have a tag on it. One was 20 bucks, and I figured the second would also be around there. The manager comes over and says that even though they look identical, this one is going to be $35. She proceeded to throw her hands in the air when my face looked surprised at buying two identical frames, for two different prices. I proceeded to buy the frames, but both would not fit in a cart at once. Not a single worker offered to help me carry them out as they watched me struggle and take two trips in order to do it independently. Honestly, I probably wouldn't have noticed this, but two CUSTOMERS stopped and asked if I needed help. It was so shocking to me that the customers were willing to help more the workers! Additionally, the prices in here are insane. One of the photos I was looking at still had its Ross tag on the back ($8.99). They were charging the exact same price for the frame, even though now it is second hand. Ridiculous. A chair that was wobbly with no match, $60. Someone here thinks they "know" how to price antiques, but frankly the stuff is cheaper at antique stores themselves!! I have done community service for the location on S Pleasantburg. The prices are much better, but the staff was equally as rude. They legitimately treated the people there like garbage. After these two experiences, I could no longer keep my thoughts to myself.
