It started with good start. Than to the end of the session they start changing my son schedule and want us to make changes according to there needs . We made the change and change his session from Friday to Saturday knowing we have family plans on Saturday . And then they told us we need to change to Friday which is ridiculous as I said before they make changes which suit there center. When I told them that how they charge if we miss session they should refund us the money for canceling or changing our session and they clearly refused it Other thing if my son is late even for 5 minutes they will call you several times to ask if he is coming as coach time is valuable!!! But one day my son got there and there is no one there and no one from center didn't even bother calling and telling us that the coach will be late , so when I call I was told oh coach over slept !! I'm getting ready to enroll my second child in Miracle Math Coaching. My 9th grader has been going for 5 months and has steadily improved in his grades, attitude, and confidence. My daughter is in the 11th grade, but I can now see that she would benefit from solidifying some of the gaps in her basics. From what I've already seen, Miracle math will give her a consistent, personalized experience. The staff is awesome! Barbara, Patrick, and the tutors are professional but still keep a very down-to-earth quality. I also love that the center offers optional weekend workshops that are included in tuition on subjects like study skills, staying organized, etc. But the life-blood of the program is Deanna. She takes time to assess each student as an individual and has shown that she cares about my kids' life-long learning experiences. Frankly, I am a busy working mom and my kids have not always gotten what they've needed from school. We love Miracle Math! My daughter has been a member for 2 years now and we've seen a big improvement. She's a very shy student and lacked confidence. We decided to give Miracle Math a try when her test scores were low in math. The 1:1 coaching and attending weekly really helped my daughter excel in math and reading. They really focus on the student's needs and really care about each student. My daughter loves all the coaches and now she's confident to raise her hand in class. My main goal was for my daughter to be at current grade level but ending at 5th grade, she is now above her grade level. They do evaluations and check-ins with the student's teachers. I always get feedback from the coach on what they did during the session and if there were improvements or areas that need improvement. They make learning fun for the kids. Some kids just fall through the cracks of the public school system. For whatever reason, many teachers just fail to reach many students so many of these kids just get labeled as failures. That's what happened to my son. He's very bright but just had some learning hiccups. Unfortunately his teacher had no patience for him and was ready to hold him back a grade. In comes Miracle Math. They were able to do for him what his teacher wouldn't. He gained confidence in his ability to learn again and his grades improved drastically. I love the approach to really tapping into the how my child thinks and learns. Deanna Hurns complete and comprehensive evaluation of my high school senior was accurate. I think for the first time my daughter felt validated. Deanna also incorporated my child's passion which is be a nurse involved in finding a cure for cancer in children. My child who always doubted her ability, got an A in precalculus quiz.. significant because she has NEVER got an A. She has to work hard to get a C. Her regular math teacher was blown away. This is was only after 1 week. My daughter looks forward to her sessions and I see and feel her confidence growing. I passed by this place a few times . When I saw my son struggling with math; I decided to bring my son for tutoring at Miracle Math. My son has had 2 sessions and I feel like he is more engaged when he is learning on one to one basis. I asked my son if he would like to try another place and he has told me that Miracle Math is very helpful and would like to keep going. I was so happy and relieved because when we first started he was telling me " he did not need a tutor"... but just 2 sessions and now he wants to go because he said the tutor has time to teach him and explain it to him in a way he understands. Unfortunately Miracle math coaching is no miracle, i wanted to learn math and word analogies for an upcoming test and with the loud rooms and little kids running around it was very hard to concentrate. Along with the tutors that take there sweet time milking your wallet to teach you basic math. This place is extremely over priced and if you make a deal with Diana make sure you get it in writing also make sure you read the contract in full to make sure she didn't put something in there after the fact.
