I would not recommend this company…read more I chose them because the scope I discussed with the account manager included replacing my flooring and installing a new vanity I had already purchased. I verbally confirmed that scope with the account manager and paid an invoice that included a line item for that portion of the work. Despite that, the installer arrived without all of the necessary materials and informed me he was not comfortable installing the vanity. To be clear, I have no issue with the installer declining work he wasn't comfortable performing. What I do have an issue with is being told afterward that vanity installation was never included, despite it being discussed with the account manager and being a major reason I selected this company over other bids. The installer himself encouraged me to request a refund for that portion of the project, but the company only provided a partial refund ($180). As a result, I am left with an unfinished project, a sink currently being held up by a 2x4, and the need to hire a second contractor to complete the work. What should have been a straightforward bathroom update has turned into a major headache. By the time the project is finally finished, I will have spent significantly more than the original quote, despite choosing this company because I believed they would handle the full scope of work from start to finish.

The only reason why he had to keep coming back is because his team failed to do a great job! Otherwise there would had been no need for touch ups at all! On top of that he had the audacity to ask me to pay for the damages his team did to my floor because "you were going to fix it yourself anyway so you might as well!" He also stated "my guys haven't had work in a week due to the shutdown so you think you can go half on them and pay half at least while they pay the other half!" It's not my fault you damaged my floor and now have to pay my carpet company for the mistakes your crew made! I tried to be cordial with Manny till the very end but he just couldn't keep it together and complained about doing his job that I already paid him to do that his crew had destroyed my floor and also got paint all on my rugs that I was replacing! You better be great full I didn't Sue and make you guys pay for my carpet too!

Brittney was very responsive when I called and asked for a quote and then booked me very quickly in order to get my floors done before pictures of my home are taken.
