Dining room and foyer area. They did the entire main level except our office.

We are very pleased with our flooring. I paid extra to have things taped off which I highly recommend. They were on time and did everything they said they would do.

I'm not sure even where to start with this as this was the first time we have had a contractor damage our house and not repair it back to the state it previously was in. We hired Pryor Floor to install a wood floor in our living room and match it with the current wood flooring that exists throughout the house. We were referred to them by a designer that was helping us redesign our living room. Against my better judgment we went ahead with them without getting estimates or other bids since our designer had said that she had worked with them extensively and that they had done great work and would always "make good" if something was not to our liking. In our previous homes we had used Garrett Floor Restore which I highly recommend as he does most of the work for the Broadmoor but with this job I had trusted our designer's recommendations rather than going with my gut instinct. I will say Pryor did install the flooring and matched the stain correctly for the job they were hired. However the issue I have with this company is that the ceiling below where they installed the flooring they had damaged it significantly. The flooring was installed while we were out of town and I had brought up the issue once we returned. Their first response was that there "wasn't any possible way they could have damaged it." Which is ironic because we had just purchased this house in May it was fully inspected and there were no issues in the room they said they did not damage. (Trust me as new owners we would have noticed it.) Once I showed them the drywall that had fallen all over our furniture and the nail/staple holes in the ceiling the project manager said, "oh this doesn't happen often maybe one or two jobs a year." Which from his response I could tell this wasn't a one-time thing. Following this meeting the project manager asked if we would like to hire someone to fix it or he could have one of his guys "easily fix it." I said, "Whatever is easiest." I now regret allowing him to make the call on who could fix this issue. I'm not sure who they sent over to "repair" the ceiling but it was not someone who was skilled in repairing drywall or for that matter painting as you can see in the photos. In the repairs you can still see the holes and the paint doesn't match which make it look even worse. Following this I emailed the project manager and supplied photos of the work done. He asked me to get an estimate from a company we have used to paint our house when we moved in, which I did. The cost of repairs was $850. (The cost of the install of our floor was about $9000) I followed up a couple of times after providing them with the bid and was given email responses such as, "This is being reviewed by my manager we will be in touch soon." etc. Finally we received a letter in the mail (no call, no email, kind of cowardly if you ask me) stating their position that they did not damage our home and went "above and beyond" to fix the issue. There was also some line about how they pride themselves on their customer service which is this case I thought was kind of a bad joke. Anyway to make a long story longer. I would never recommend this company to work on any home. If you are looking for a great flooring company that is skilled about the work they do and thoughtful of your home I would recommend Garrett Floor Restore. Pryor Floor does decent work but god forbid they damage your home. They will try to wipe their hands clean of the situation which is not great customer service.

Poor customer service, horrible at keeping a schedule, a pain to deal with all together. Not impressed at all.

The price was really reasonable, in comparison to both Lowe's and Home Depot (and the selection was a lot better). We got a call the day before our installation, to confirm the job and Eric arrived at 8:15 the next morning. He was actually early!! Eric did a really wonderful job -- our house is old, old and the vinyl was going over very old linoleum (horrid old stuff!!) Our kitchen floor was completely done by about 11:00. IT IS BEAUTIFUL!! My husband and I want to thank both Jim and Eric and let them know that we'll be back!! Thanks!! After our great experience with the vinyl flooring -- we went back, looking for carpet for our enclosed porch. As we walked in the door -- Jim welcomed us back!! Remembered us -- nice! We found carpet we love and scheduled installation for the following week. Day before installation, again a phone call to confirm. Again -- the installer was EARLY!!!! As far as I'm concerned, the service is great! Our carpet is lovely and we're very pleased and will absolutely recommend.

I had never heard of them, but I am sure glad they were mentioned to me! This is one of the discount carpet places that sells discontinued carpeting and it is so worth it! After visiting several different places and not being able to find anything even close to my existing carpet color, I walked in and was helped by Kay. She very quickly helped me find a similar color and quality product for my basement. she definitely knows her stuff! Not only that, but it was such a reasonable price! I think the only minimal downside was the carpet installers and their slight carelessness in getting the carpet into the basement. After forcing down a couple chunks of carpet where they scratched up the banisters and the front door they started folding it differently so that they could get it down easier in subsequent trips, but I would not say that they were extremely careful. One of the trips where one of the guys was trying to carry it down and it unrolled. Instead of going back up the stairs, re-rolling it and making it down without incident, instead they forced the carpet down the stairs. Not horrible, but not excellent either. For this I knock off a star. Dealing with everyone here was very easy, professional and there were no complications at all. Need carpet? I recommend this business highly! Go here first! The carpet meets my expectations and looks really nice!

He ensured the carpet we were selecting would meet our needs and got us scheduled within our timeline. Our Carpet installer and stretcher was Pedro, however to me he was Gepetto. Pedro is a true craftsman, he takes such care and pride in his work - I don't have the words - he and his team member did such a fantastic job!!! The new carpet is beautiful and the carpet stretching was remarkable - the old carpet looks almost new. Thank you Sean and thank you Pedro (Gepetto)

Very good communication about product availability and when the carpet that was very affordable arrived at the warehouse. I enjoyed shopping local with an experienced sales person, and not dealing with a big box store. The carpet selection was discussed with her and she helped in the decision. The high traffic area needed a certain type of carpet composition and didn't need to be 88 oz weighted carpet like in the rest of the house. Large selection of premium carpet and pad samples in the show room at economy to various diamond premium price points. Bought carpet during a holiday sale before the end of the year. Scheduling of install was easy and worked around our limited availability. The sale person even had the installers scheduled to move a upright 44 inch Baldwin piano and furniture into the garage. I felt appreciated for the purchase by installers and the main installer did an excellent job with the skim coat to smooth out a dip in the expansion seams and the other veteran installer fixed two creaky stairs. Very friendly and I would hire that team again. The team was quick but took the time to clean by the truck and all of the carpet strains near cuts off the floor and baseboards. Attention to detail and pride in finished product shows. I didn't have to clean up in the driveway or street , when install team left. Experienced staff and service. Will use this OBriens carpet one flooring on academy rd in colorado springs again. Thank you. I recommend this location to anyone looking for an excellent experience and careful handling of process from selection of flooring to final install and clean up. Better experience than I had from another different discounted flooring business in Colorado Springs.
