Not sure if the price I paid was worth it, but my counters look better than they did. I thought some special layered coating was going to happen to make it look less laminate. I think it still looks laminate, and the process seemed like a regular paint job with primer, paint, and a top coat. today my family and I were run off the road by one of the men who drive one of your trucks. I will be making. formal complaint and starting a lawsuit for damages. I have pictures of this man including his license plate and he was driving crazy, slamming on his breaks in front of us, and caused us to run off the road. I have many pictures to share but given this persons level of anger, aggression, and non stop harassment while driving his company vehicle, I certainly do not trust hiring this company for any type of repairs, refinishing, or other. The repair to our sink failed. They suggested that the garbage disposal needed to be removed for a new repair to take. That repair was done at no charge, but the plumber they sent charged close to $200 for his work. After a couple of uses we discovered that he hadn't tightened the disposal clamp and the interior of the cabinet was flooded. Some YouTube videos showed me how to tighten the clamp, so I didn't have to hire someone to do that for me. The bad news is that not only did the new coating fail around the disposal, another area near a corner also failed. I sent them photographs of the two failed areas, and expected a call back or a return text, but they never responded. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to coat your sink or tub. read more

I had a hideous cultured marble shower and bathtub. Over time, cultured marble loses it's coating and gets dull and dinghy. It was impossible to clean. Solution 1 was to spend $10,000 and replace the tub and shower. Solution 2 was Miracle Method. I was a little skeptical, but the Miracle Method finish is great, easy to keep up and looks crisp. It only took two days, vs weeks or months for a remodel, so the inconvenience was barely noticeable. They do a good job sealing off the area so mess is minimal too. They even brought in a fan to remove the odor. It was a really good experience start to finish. Shortly after they were done, tragedy struck a nod my shower cad crashed to the floor, causing a little damage in the finish. They didn't complain at all, just came over and fixed the damage and didn't charge me a dime! Who does that? These guys! I had so much money left over that I got a fancy new shower door and put tile on the wall to dress up the bathroom, and still saved thousands. Problem solved, lots of money saved. Happy camper. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a crisp and clean finish without spend a fortune on new fixtures. read more

They did a great job. Very friendly. I had both of my bathroom vanity countertops finished and a bathtub. BUT - this stuff stains easily! I had this done about 6 months ago. The bathtub has stains that look like dirt but won't clean off. My daughter used purple shampoo which also stained the tub. One of the sinks had lotion dripped on it. I cleaned it shortly after I saw it (it's a sink that I don't use often so it could have been there a day or two) and it stained the sink yellow. You can't use bleach on it- or Ajax type cleaner, so i can't do much more. I spent a lot of money of this. Very frustrating. I did it because I plan on selling my house in a year if so and wanted to update the bathrooms. I'll have to either have to have the tub and sink redone or replaced. read more

FINAL UPDATE: *6* tries. The original estimate, then a fix that cracked and it took 6 months to get a warranty service on the books. Then a fix that cracked again within 2 days. Then a visit to look at that crack. Then a wait. Then a fix which caused the paint on the surface to bubble/peel, and I was supposed to get a call back to refinish the surface, which is too slick to stand on safely in a wet environment. Never did. I'm done, and I cannot recommend this business for future potential customers. Debating a BBB report. PREVIOUS UPDATE: within moments of posting this review, the owner called me. We're scheduled for a fix...will update this further as that plays out. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The $495 warrantied service is NOT honored. The technician who came out drilled the existing crack down, shifted some supports under the shower pan, and then refinished it. I did not have a choice of color as claimed, the STENCH of fumes was UNBELIEVABLE and lasted for DAYS, and within 3 months the crack was back. Emails and calls have not been returned and 7 months after the crack showing back up the crack is as long as it was PLUS the new finish is peeling up from it. I do NOT recommend. read more

I had Miracle Method come out to resurface my bathtubs. My garden tub had yellow staining from 20 years of hard water, and the spare room tub had holes in the back splash covered with stickers. The cost was much less than replacement, and they look great! Za did a great job, and kept the mess contained to the area of work. I'm thinking of having my kitchen counters done next year. WE bought a new house a couple of years ago and every time we got into the shower or the tub we said goodbye to each other. It was so slippery!! In fact, my wife did fall and hurt her back once! We LOVE our new kitchen, We should have done this a long time ago. Be sure and REALLY inspect the kitchen before they are done though, we looked at the countertops and they were all perfect but as soon as the tech left we noticed he had just scratched all across the front of our new $1100 dishwasher that we have had less than a month. If I would have caught it I am sure it could have been resolved. If you have horrible countertops these are the guys to use and what they can do to a bathroom is nothing short of a miracle for those on a tight budget. read more

While the technicians were professional and friendly, after closer inspection the finish was uneven in some places and a dozen or so small, black air pockets were visible. We've had them out once to touch up the pockets, but the uneven spray on one sink was not addressed. We've since called repeatedly to set up another appointment but have been unable to get in touch with them. Overall, the finish is a definite - and cost effective - improvement over our original 1970s faux marble; however, it is far from perfect. read more
