I had these guys come out and restore my countertops instead of getting new ones. In the end they became out beautiful but it did take three times for them to get it right. The one guy didn't spray enough then the second guy sprayed too much then they had to have the senior guy come out and fix it all. But in the end it came out beautiful. Sales guy came out and I asked tons of questions to make sure I would get what I was looking for and I let him know I can't do mornings as well set up an 11 pm time but supposedly I have dementia and that's a lie called the office around 11 10 to see if the person was coming the lady said she would check and call me back she did and let me know the person was going to be here between 12 30 and 1 later got a message from the girl that she said it would be after one but never answered me back with an exact time she got here at 1 30 said she would be back next day to do the rest between 9 and 10 I had already told the sales guy and the lady at the office she needed to be on time and I had already explained before the deposit I dont do mornings to make a long story short the owner basically called me and blamed me for all the mistakes on the time and that I disrespected all her staff which was a lie I disrespected the sales person that lied to my face told him he was a liar and I disrespected her because u call a customer and blame them for all the stuff I was told would happen and didn't then to protect myself from more lies I said I wanted the warranty in writing or email so there would be no issues on that later since I had proceeded to read reviews after my problems and noticed before have issues with the work she said she would give me one after I paid that's not how it works and I let her know that she told me to stop arguing and I said im asking for the warranty im suppose to have that's not asking for something off the wall that is to be provided especially since I was told the work came with one and again I didn't want issues where they lied later if I had issues and they could say that was not part of the deal I afterwards posted a google review so hopefully people can see and maybe pick a diffrent company that has better customer service dont lie about arrival times and by the way after posing my review they charged my card the full amount without my authority and with the job unfinished and now dont respond so no I had to spend hours on the phone with my bank to file a dispute read more

This product may be good for bathtubs, showers, or walls, but I absolutely recommend to not have this done to your sink. The product scratches so easily you wouldn't be able to use it in order to keep it looking good. We saw our first scratch on the lip of the sink within two weeks of application. It's now been about two months and there are multiple other areas that are discolored. One seems to be a coffee stain from a cup we had in the sink. There are multiple other areas where the paint is scuffed but not scratched off. A worker came out this morning to let us know that this damage is considered normal wear and not covered under warranty. They would charge $250 to try to fix it. We only paid $550 for the product to be put on in the first place. It sounded like a good product from other reviews but I can't recommend it. read more

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I set up an appointment for a Miracle Method salesperson to come and give me an estimate to refurbish our bathtub. He arrived nearly an hour late (strike 1). I received the estimate and set up an appointment time and date to have the tub refinished. I had a question regarding the bathtub drain. The salesperson told me he would call back that same day with an answer. He never called back (strike 2). The days that I scheduled to have my tub refurbished came, and I sat around the house all morning waiting for them to show up. I finally called the company and they informed me that the salesperson had never scheduled the work to be done, even though he took my deposit and wrote the appointment date on my receipt (strike 3, and you're out). I told them that I wanted my deposit back and an hour or so later, the manager calls and says "how's your day?" I say that I've had much better days and her instant reply is "AWESOME!" This is an organization that obviously cares nothing about customer service, or their customer's time. Avoid them at all costs. read more

Had MM redo our outdated tub/shower. Price is great compared to other options. The problem was that within 2 months it started cracking and peeling. They came back on request, after 4 weeks scheduling wait as the area got looking more and more ragged, and patched up. Great. Then more cracks and peeling. Repeated this four times before I gave up. The area spent more time looking raggedy and ugly than when the "miracle" worked. I DO NOT recommend. read more
