The price was exactly what I have been quoted, which was very reasonable. The staff was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. He came and evaluated the piece and we decided to do an in home touch up which I'm really pleased with! Speaking of the right skillset -- Steven, the lead technician on the job, was just phenomenal to work with. Have you ever met someone who just really knows their stuff and makes you feel at ease?
