Two years ago, after moving my sister from her old apartment at a senior apartment, they said they were going to eat lunch BEFORE bringing all her things to her new apartment. So, for over an hour, she did NOT even know where her things were!??! They didn't have the decency to tell us where they were going for lunch. We were so relieved when they finally got here and the move went okay, rather fast. They were cheerful and had a good attitude. On top of that, they even charged her for the lunch break. The "lead" guy was okay, but the other one was not so friendly. The lead guy was kind enough to take a queen-sized bed that I no longer needed, though, which really helped. We will not be using this moving company anymore, and do not recommend them. read more

If i could give zero Stars I would. First off every claim they make are no hidden fees! That's not true! These people charge for tape! I have never even heard of such a thing they moved me what was supposed to be A3 hour minimum the most it should have taken as four hours and that's only because they showed up with two guys but actually only one of them maybe one and a half did the work one of the guys was either in experienced or something else was wrong with him mentally. Regardless I was overcharged in terms of tape? Never heard of such a thing there was damage to a mirror and they also moved our pool table which now can't be played nor are they experienced in moving pool tables and I've yet to hear from anyone. I used this company when my house sold much quicker than expected and i had to out everything in my 2400sf house into a 10x30 storage unit. William and his crew did an amazing job. They showed up right on time, carefully wrapped all my furniture in plastic and had evetything drliveted in 5 hours, despite pouring rain. I was more than happy with the care abd attention they gave to my belongings. I would highly recommend Miracle Movers and will use them again if the situation arises. read more

This is the most amazing moving company. I was so worried the first time I used them that we would get over charged, or there would be hidden charges. NOPE. They are amazing. I used them in June of 2020. They were on time, worked quickly and efficiently AND when there were even a few pieces of furniture that was unstable; they fixed it!!! WOW! Have used Miracle Moving for 2 office moves, 1 local home move, and 1 long distance/100 miles home move. Everything is prompt and on time - fair bid, appointment scheduled, show up when say they will, work non-stop and with care for my belongings, and are exceedingly polite throughout. Beware. They did not follow instructions and over charged two extra hours ($300). I recently used this company to move my mom from her apartment in an assisted living facility to an apartment of the same size one floor up in memory care. They arrived at 9 and by 10:20 all the furniture was upstairs. All that remained was a bit of arranging and unpacking. My sister had to leave to take mom to an appointment and asked them to hang 1 picture over the bed. She told them she would hang the rest because the locations would have to be adjusted in the new space. When she came back all the picture were hung as downstairs and we were charged until 1:30 pm for work that was not supposed to be done. Even the one picture that she asked them to hang was not in the right place. I'm not sure if this was a language barrier or taking advantage of the fact that she had to leave but the manager would not compromise on the charges. We paid a ridiculous amount and all the pictures have to be rehung. If you have to use them, don't leave before the job is done and you have paid. read more

I have used Miracle Moving twice now for previous moves and both times I was very pleased with their work however when I called today to schedule my next move, I was very disappointed in their offer. They were charging me the same rate they would charge a brand new customer and I am a firm believer that companies should take care of their repeat customers, especially those that refer them to others for new business. Very pleased. They took the time to properly wrap all of my furniture and took care as they moved our items. We were able to get an hourly rate and they had good pricing (we only needed to have our larger furniture moved). Would definitely recommend and use again. read more

I love Miracle Movers! They were recommended to me from a friend who has used them 4 times. Scheduling with Diana was a breeze, but the day of the move, their phones weren't working and I couldn't get an answer. When the phone was repaired and I got through, they were extremely apologetic. William, the driver, Pedro and Rodrigo were amazing movers. They wrapped all my furniture, put my art work in a large box just for pictures, and were very efficient with my move. They had been in my building a few days before moving someone else and they knew more of the rules and where to go than I did. This moving company moved my mom from independent living to assisted living July 11, 2015. Her furniture is large and heavy. They had to carry these large pieces of furniture at The Tradition at Prestonwood down very long halls to reach a service elevator. Miracle Movers is the worst company in the DFW area. They damaged a table and a typical 5-hour move turned into an 8-hour ordeal. I have yet to hear from the owner regarding the table despite the fact that I've called and emailed several times. Buyer Beware!!!! read more
