I used this company twice within a month or so. The moves weren't the issue. The problem was that I had several expensive test meters that showed up missing. Now I'm ready to move again, approximately 2.5 years later, and I just realized that my hand tools were also missing. It's been so long, not much I can do about it now. I'm giving others a heads-up to be careful. Keep an eye on what you allow them to move, and make sure you end up with your property. There were two groups; I'm not sure whether it was the first or the second move. I don't like posting negative reviews, but I dislike others taking my property. No ma'am, I don't blame you, but one of the two groups took my stuff. I had them in a case and didn't even think to check it until I needed a meter. The container was empty. We hired GoGo Movers for our move at the end of July 2023 after sending out some quotes for movers. They were reasonable priced and I liked the fact that they had options for 3 vs 4 movers. I was quoted 4 movers at $169/hour + $100 travel fee. I moved from a 2 story 4 bedroom house into a 2 story 3 bedroom house just 5 miles away. The communication with Olga was great and the movers showed up on time. It was a hot day so we provided a cooler full of water, Gatorade, breakfast, snacks, electrolyte drinks and pizza for lunch. The movers worked hard, it was a hot day and overall were great. We asked them to take breaks because of the heat and ensured we treated them like family. We did have a language barrier and I could only communicate with the head guy however we asked that they handle the boxes labeled "Fragile" and "Glass" with care. After the move was complete; which took pretty much the whole afternoon/evening, we unwrapped the refrigerator and noticed some dents. I contacted Olga and was eventually told that the damage to the refrigerator was not the movers fault. After investigating, we concluded the dents came from ratchet straps that were likely too tight on the refrigerator. I'm not expecting a large refund but would have appreciated some ownership, some communication and some understanding. This was over a $1,700 move plus a very generous tip for all 4 movers and this was a less than 1 year old fridge. I also had several boxes that had broken cups, vases and decor. I wrapped everything in bubble wrap and paper. It's the nature of moving but I do believe that the movers didn't read fragile and take the precaution that I asked for. We also noticed several nicks on furniture, tables and chairs. They did shrink wrap everything but I think could have been a little more cautious with placement in the truck. Also, the movers used our supplies - blankets, shrink wrap and tape. I don't think they had the proper supplies to carefully wrap things. Again, I'm thankful for the move and movers but if you have valuable items perhaps go with different movers. Sadly, they don't offer any customer service or ownership for damage to furniture, appliances and belongings. And after Olga and her "boss" got paid, I was no longer a valuable customer to them. What could have been a disaster was handled quickly and efficiently. Upon arriving at the storage facility to retrieve my belongings we found out the elevators were out of order! I choose one that I find the most honest. Gogo disappointed me. Why ? The lady lie from the first email. She send me an "estimate". 89$ for my move. Also. I have two bedroom. She recommended 2 man crew. Really ? 6 different movers recommended 3 man crew. I just find them very not honest with the first quote. Like fishing you. Very wrong. I told the lady. She got a crew together for me and they helped me pack up the remainder of my 1 bedroom apartment AND placed everything in my u haul boxes and so far I've not seen anything damaged or broken! They were the best. They were fast, careful and polite. I got one truck and four men, they were very efficient, worked quickly, made sure that I was aware of where they were putting everything. They even THOuGHt they broke a piece of tile, but the item was already broken when we packed it. But they were forthcoming and willing to make reparations in that case. That showed me that they were very well aware of the items they were moving and or incredibly careful in moving them. I requested a quote which was 115 for two hours plus 60 for a flat rate fee for travel. That's 175, it was to move a dryer upstairs and the upstairs dryer downstairs. I was explaining it would probably only take an hour, she writes back to tell me it's 150, then says no worry 180? How does that even begin to make sense? The movers were four hours late and the owner refused to work with me on compensation for the wait time. I wouldn't recommend using them.

My review was deleted per the owner request to yelp. So I am following policy. I found them on yelp by looking at review and refer to a friend who manage properties. Keep in mind I only referred them. This is what I know the story line. A negotiated a fixed rate of 250 to move three appliances from Richardson to the colony and they first cancelled last minute and finally able to find another truck I believe they only have one truck. At 8:15 pm they arrived at the destination at midnight after 4 hours not able to figure out how to move it. They tried to upcharge my friend at midnight. Instead working it out between them I got called 12 times from them for one day and 5 other from another number I finally blocked them. From what I hear they also called the realtor too. Beware them up charge on the spot and if you don't agree you and your friends will be subject to harassment. My friend finally overpaid them to get them off our back. read more

the contents of my box did NOT explode, it was tipped and SPILLED when it said DO NOT TIP on the box for a reason. and DO NOT EVER question my parenting because my son was helping move our belongings. if you did not want him helping, "due to safety reasons", then your movers should have said something. also, nowhere did I express concern for time. not once, never. all your excuses for ruining my items are invalid. you tore my hand painted painting, you threw items in my storage shed, and you tipped a box that said DO NOT TIP written all over it. Pretty clear what happened. the way I packaged things has NOTHING to do with your movers tipping my box and spilling hundreds on dollars of product. when it says DO NOT TIP, it says it for a reason. plain and simple. this business is a fraud and only cares about money CLEARLY! horrible customer service. Had to move 3 rooms of antique furniture during downsizing of 90 yr old mother. I called 4 movers, for quotes. Go Go responded with a follow up phone call from Olga, she was professional and very helpful. She sent quotes as I sent pictures. We had large Victorian pieces and marble top heavy items. The truck arrived on time quoted. Herlin was the lead and him and his team member wrapped each piece in blankets and then wrapped, they took apart the marble pieces and large China cabinets and carefully protective of each piece. I want to say how pleased we where with their service, during this stressful time. The arrived at drop off location unloading and un wrapping each piece and putting them back together. The price was the same as others quoted they were able to make the date we needed and I can not say enough from first call to follow up if we were satisfied with our service. My original movers cancelled on me on two different occasions and I missed my move on date at my new apartment. These guys broke my $200 fishing rod. They took an extra 45 minutes to stop for breakfast and drinks while I was paying them $159/hr. The men were whiny. Lot of complaining. Had to help them remove the couch out of the apartment after they had already taken 30 minutes figuring out how to remove it. Extremely unprofessional I would not recommend. Please look elsewhere.
