I used to frequent Miracles hair salon quite a bit, but have since branched out to newer, more convenient salons. I decided that for my most recent trim of the hair I would go back to Miracles. And they were exactly how I remembered them. The prices are a little high, but the quality is great. Every stylists at the salon looks very professional with up-to-date, modern, funky hair styles. It's always reassuring to have your hair cut by someone who has a nice 'do themselves. I find the atmosphere at Miracles to be quite relaxing. It looks extremely classy inside, yet doesn't portray a snooty, stuck-up vibe. I like that the sinks you have your hair washed in has a little pad for you to rest your neck on. It's a refreshing change from the usual ceramic or plastic grooves other places have. Not only is that nice, but the chairs you sit in extremely comfortable. My butt didn't even ache when I was finished with the trim. Returning to Miracles after a couple of years makes me wonder why I ever left. This was my first visit to Miracles this weekend and I truly enjoyed my experience. When I arrived, I was greeted and offered a beverage. I love the colors and the decor of the salon. There is lots of dark wood and warm earthy/orangy colored walls. It's really nicely done. I booked an hour massage with a Japanese lady named Mio. It wasn't more than a few minutes before Mio came out and she showed me to the back area where the massage rooms are. We passed the pedicure room which I'm thinking I will come back to check out. The room I had my massage was one of the larger rooms and was welcoming and I felt very comfortable. I recall a couple of candles were lit, too. Mio was very attentive and my massage was the right amount of pressure for my liking. There was music playing over the loudspeaker which was relaxing. Some places play music that gets on my nerves (rather defeats the purpose of the massage) but this was exactly what I liked. An hour goes by so fast when you're relaxed. I think Miracles is a hidden gem. The place is actually quite large. There's an entire hair salon on one side. The other side has the pedicure room, manicure stations, massage & esthetics rooms. The offer pretty much everything you would want in a salon and spa. I will for sure return to check out more. read more

I have never left a salon more dissatisfied with the color. I was here few months ago and I got the color I wanted, however, this time I got a dark brown hair when I asked for a chocolate brown hair. It was an easy request and I have got the color done properly several other times with no problem. When I told her I was unhappy with the results, she said that the color will fade away. My hair is a level 3/4 so it is very easy to dye to chocolate brown color, and I even have gotten blonde highlights done previously with no problem. Today, I paid 150 for a job that could have been achieved with a 5 dollar dark brown dye box. She also did not offer anything to try to rectify the hair color I got. I am quite dissappointed . Great service today. Got a cut and color by Isber. He is fairly new at Miracles and his English isn't great. But I actually liked not making the usually obligatory small talk. It was very relaxing. And Isber did a great job with my color, offered me something to drink a couple of times and gave me a great hair cut. He clearly has cut hair for a while and used his experience to my advantage. Loved it! I got Ombre done by Candace. She takes her time and did a fantastic job! I absolutely love it. The place is clean, relaxing and everyone is really nice. Price is pretty good to for the quality of service you get! They take their time and really care about what they're doing! Parking is a little scarce if you go at a busy time but you just have to park down on the other side of the 7-11, it's only a 2 minute walk away! read more

I have tried many hair salons in the last few years and Miracles was one of them. I was never happy with the results as I find that hairstylists usually do what they think you'd like instead of what you ask for. I tried Miracles again as I noticed that they are under new management, and I am happy that I did. My hairstylist, Georgiana, was a lovely young lady who actually listened to what I was asking for. She asked lots of questions and seemed genuinely concerned that I get the hair style I wanted.Thank you for restoring my faith in hair stylists Georgiana! Miracles is lucky to have you. Got my nails done ($75.00). It's been just over a week and they look like they are coming off. I called and I was told I have to pay to get them fixed. Will not go back there!!! Just got my nails done at a different nail salon. They could not believe the terrible job that was done on them from Miracles!! They pretty much had to redo all of my nails BUT only charged me $35.00 which for how much work she did she should have charged more!! I will never return to Miracles! I wasted $75.00 there and they will not get another cent from me nor a referral!! The lady at Miracles told me that she couldn't go close to my skin with the gel, but it's funny that the nail salon I went to today did and they look like real nails. That is how they get you to come back for a fill sooner than you should. Just a money grabbing scam!! read more

Never go here to get your eyelashes done! So disappointed not only in the quality of my eyelashes (they lasted a couple days, if that and weren't full and going in all different directions with a few missing spots). Plus there website prices are wrong! I normally go to a different salon that charges $50 for refill on eyelash extensions. Miracles website said $65 so I decided why not try it. After I got my eyelashes done the lady said I owed $115 dollars and it wasn't even a full set. I was SO shocked. I drove away in tears, then went back and said how ridiculous it was and got some of my money back. But seriously don't waste your time and money going here for your eyelashes. Don't let the nice look of the salon fool you on their bad quality and professionalism. read more

So I booked myself and three of my friends at this salon for mani/pedi's. We had booked them to take place before a wedding and the bride was one of the clients as well. As you can imagine I was stressed that everyone was satisfied especially the bride! I researched a few places and decided with miracles because I had been there a few years previous and had a good experience. Now for my review: The salon was very nice, the salon chairs and nail room was really nice and when you walk in you really get a "nice salon feeling". The staff was friendly and warm. They offered water and made you feel really welcome. The quality of the service was where this salon failed. We all had shellac mani/pedis and none of us were satisfied with the results. We found many of our nails to be bumpy which if you do shellac right they shouldn't be. The color wasn't consistent across each nail and those of us that had French manicures found the corners to be left unfilled. To top it off four of my finger nails and one of my toe nails peeled off one day after. The bride and I actually had to go and have our nails redone at another salon four days after spending so much money at Miracles ($130 -- shellac mani/pedi includes tax and tip). I will not go back to Miracles, paying a salon price for such bad quality of service just isn't worth it no matter now nice and warm the salon is. read more

Very, very disappointed in the service I received. I went in to see Stacy to have a set of nails done and they were beautiful as always, 5 days after having them done, they started lifting really bad. I phoned the spa to inform them of the problem that I had and I was told that Stacy would call me back. I didn't receive a call back and I waited as long as I could, I needed them fixed as I had lost 2 nails by now. I ended up have To go else where, and repay to have my nails done. I phoned the spa yesterday to explain that I had to have them redone and that I didn't understand why my business or happiness is not important. The new owner didn't even want to talk to me. She said that it was up to Stacy to contact me back...... I sometimes wonder why there is a lack of care these days to make people happy. read more

I was going on my first tropical vacation in October 2014 so I decided to get a shellac pedicure done. I chose Miracles specifically because it wasn't a hole-in-the-wall in a strip mall and given that I was paying $80 I figured I'd be getting a quality pedicure - WRONG! 30 minutes after receiving my SHELLAC pedicure, one of my toe nails paint fell off in one strip. Since I was leaving for the Dominican the next day I had no time to go back to the salon to have it fixed, so I crazy-glued the coral paint chip back onto my toe. As the evening went on I lost 2 more toes that I also had to glue back on. By the time my feet actually had touched sand, I only had 2 toes left painted not even 24 hours after receiving my service. When I returned from my vacation and spoke with management about my flawed service I was given the run-around via email about how I'd be compensated. They made zero effort to improve my opinion on their salon and their services. Even when a compensation was settled on (which was like pulling teeth) when I went into the salon to retrieve it, I was lead on another run-around and had to come in again days later to finally settle the agreement. I would have gladly returned for other services had the issue been dealt with in the first place rather than taking 4 weeks. Needless to say, I think Miracles lacks professionalism and good customer service; I was so disappointed. read more

I have been to Miracles Spa in the past and had an OK experience. I did notice the floors were not clean yet the pedicure had been fine. Following this my husband bought me a gift certificate for Mothers Day. I had since misplaced it and now found it again almost 2 years later. It clearly states 'No Expiry" so I booked a pedicure again. The prices seemed to have jumped phenominally and they are now $90. Much higher than other locations but I had a gift certificate so no big deal. I arrive to notice the floors to be very dirty, shelving units dusty, areas of tile actually missing on the floors, and the staff minimal. The pedicure was also minimal at best, Limited colours to choose from, french tips not painted all the way to the ends and most of the time was spent drying the nails as opposed to the foot soak or massage. The provider was nice, friendly and easy to chat with so that was nice. This is where it takes a turn. I provide them with the gift certificate (worth $200!) and they refuse to accept it as they are new owners. The new owner was there and made aware. Though she apologized, rather insincerely, she refused to provide any type of positive customer service, not even a discount. She stated that no certificates will be honored if purchased may 2012 and earlier. Mine was purchased May 2012 as there computer clearly showed us. Though it was so close to their cut off there was absolutely nothing she would do. Why couldn't we have been notified of this as they have our names on their files. A simple call would have helped then I wouldn't have been stuck not only losing $200 but now paying another $100 for a mediocure pedicure. It seems like they want people to come in for a service and then make them aware that the gift cards will not be accepted. Not only are we out the certificate $ but also money from the present service. I feel like they stole our hard earned money! This $300 pedicure is one I will never get at Miracles again! Some miracle......I highly recommend people not take their chances at this 'Salon'. I consider them to be theives. read more
