I have to say that when I met attorney JENNIFER R. SNYDER for the first time she made me promises…read moreand assured me things that were untrue. First of all, her contract was written incorrectly and didn't include admin fees and only listed her contingency fee that she tried to make me pay SPLIT those fees not listed on her contract after we went to settlement conference. It wasn't until after I told her I wasn't going to split those fees on top of her contingency fee that she then said she wouldn't charge me but she tried to make me pay for those fees originally. Then I had to do all the copying of my original documents and follow up research when I was the client and she was going to get paid her 33% contingency fee for this job. She is also very unorganized and hardly ever returned my phone calls and or emails and told me I had to deal with this and I didn't know this fact until after it would have been too late to hire another attorney at that point then have to deal with splitting contingency fees and misc fees along with even more stress that I didn't need. Then she told me she would handle other aspects of my case and didn't along with wasn't prepared on my deposition date and settlement conference date while continuing to ask me questions I had already told her numerously about the night before due to her time management issues and not being prepared. I wouldn't want anyone to experience all the stress and issues I had to deal with up until and after I fired her.
