I posted a series of questions for Tristan in a family law matter before moving forward with hiring him, after having an incredible phone consultation with him. He was direct, understanding, patient, honest, and as real with me in that moment. I specifically asked him a question if my fiancé should contact my ex and Tristan's response was that my fiancé and I could get married now or whenever we desire. Not only did he fail to respond to my actual question, but he did this on other questions as well which highlighted his failure to thoroughly read and understand my inquiries. After moving forward with another attorney, feeling disappointed in him, I was incredibly impressed by his follow-up email and how professional he was in doing so, to check in with me even after I didn't hire him. Still I was grateful for our initial consultation and now even more so for his willingness to reach out; I responded to him to give my utmost gratitude and in hopes of improving his practice, I shared with him why I didn't choose him and again thanked him immensely. With great joy and intention, I was thrilled to open his response to this. Unfortunately, to my disappointment even further, Tristan not only accused me of lying, but he also mentioned that he didn't care at all about how I felt and he sent a long response showcasing just how personal he took what I said and again proving once again that he fails to uphold his ethical duty as he failed to understand what I wrote in clarity. Jagroop was an excellent attorney at first and lose the enthusiasm quickly after hiring. He becomes angry and very tense after few initial consultation and frequently lashes out at me during consulting e-mails. At least another client of him had similar review as mine as I remember to him he lashed back over-emphasizing, glorification what a wonderful thing he did for his client and how unfortunate his client will be without him. Once I fired him after his complete let-down of my case at courtroom he literally become spiteful toward me after I have made few request in regards to past court hearings. He has no ability to acknowledge and improve instead lashes out to his client overemphasizing little thing he did. Lot of claims he did really does not count much. I also frequented some of the law discussion forums and asking some generic question and he frequented lot of my posts with naked, bare, monotonous same-worded advises to get a counsel which is really horrifying, compared to other attorneys them at least give varied advice pertinent to question before recommending counsel. You should not go to Jagroop unless you risk damaging hugely for your case which I am still dealing with his fallout years after but my case is definitely at better hand with more seasoned, older professional. read more
