It's always a horrible feeling getting a ding on your new car from some careless or selfish or just plain rude person who parks next to you. It was obvious from the ding on my Lexus that it wasn't just an accidental ding. It definitely had some intention behind it. Fortunately Mirage Paintless Dent Repair had been around what seems like forever! Troy has fixed many of my door dings and even a hood smash in my Tacoma from a parking arm that went crazy on it! Because I have been on the unfortunate end of so many dings, I actually bought the dent protection package from Lexus when I bought my vehicle a few months ago. As expected Mirage was on there as a dealer that could do the work for me. Even if they weren't and due to the location and damage that was done I was already thinking of contacting them to do the repair since all my past jobs have been excellent. I made my appointment and dropped my car off with Troy after he got my insurance claim cleared. He was done in an hour which I thought was amazing considering the damage to the body and in a body line was pretty bad. No drilling was required as he was able to get to the ding through the rear tail light. The repair was amazing. Absolutely no way to tell it was damaged before. If you have a ding on your car I highly recommend Mirage. Nothing like driving a car a few month old and it gets an ugly ding. I should have made this review years ago, but I used to own a red Dodge Challenger (10 years ago) that I bought pre-owned. It came with a large dent on the rear quarter panel right along the ridge. I thought there was no way could that dent could get repaired, but I called up Mirage, and Troy came out and got rid of the dent 100%. I also used Mirage for other door dings 1-2 more times while I owned my Challenger, and each time Troy got them all out 100%. It was really easy to make an appointment and get an estimate as well. Had an encounter with a concrete pillar. They just jump out at you at the worst possible moment ie when reversing into a parking stall. It was a pretty big crunch . Dazed and upset I checked Yelp and found this fabulous business. Sent a text with two photos (there is a crease that I knew could not come out) and got a response that he could do the job. A couple more texts and my appointment was set. The tech showed up on time and within 45 mins the car was back to the way it was prior to meeting the concrete pillar. Let me start off by saying I rarely leave reviews for businesses but Troy is the man! I managed to ding the door on my truck so I reached out to him with hopes of getting it fixed. He made it clear that he couldn't be sure if he could fix it till he saw it in person. After he arrived to my house ON TIME he checked it he found out that there was a structural brace in the door right at the ding line but he gave it a shot and kept at it for quite some time.
