Fortunately Mirage Paintless Dent Repair had been around what seems like forever! Troy has fixed many of my door dings and even a hood smash in my Tacoma from a parking arm that went crazy on it! Because I have been on the unfortunate end of so many dings, I actually bought the dent protection package from Lexus when I bought my vehicle a few months ago. As expected Mirage was on there as a dealer that could do the work for me. Even if they weren't and due to the location and damage that was done I was already thinking of contacting them to do the repair since all my past jobs have been excellent. I made my appointment and dropped my car off with Troy after he got my insurance claim cleared. He was done in an hour which I thought was amazing considering the damage to the body and in a body line was pretty bad. No drilling was required as he was able to get to the ding through the rear tail light. The repair was amazing. Absolutely no way to tell it was damaged before. If you have a ding on your car I highly recommend Mirage. Nothing like driving a car a few month old and it gets an ugly ding. But Troy can make that all good again and have you going happily down the road again!

Got a great quote right away and Rick was able to come the next morning. He came, didn't have some basic items to do the work (no rag, no cardboard box, not even a pop-up tent to work under) but we had these items at home & gladly provided. Not only is a quick response on a Saturday a highly unusual experience for me, another surprise was his willingness to offer a Sunday consultation, in-person at the shop. Conditions of the front-end repairs were discussed, and it was easy to discern Joe has experience working with insurance companies. Although the insurance company authorized the repairs, we chose not to complete them because ours was a JDM, with only 24 of these on the continental united states. This meant we could insure it, but would be issued a salvage title. Over several months, we were repeatedly told that work was in progress, parts were on order, or that the vehicle was nearing completion. It's March 31, 2026 and it is still not finished. However, during multiple in-person visits, there has been little to no visible progress. Communication has been inconsistent, and there were times we arrived during business hours and no one was available. We understand that delays can happen, but the lack of transparency and follow-through has been extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. We also observed signage indicating BBB accreditation; however, the BBB website currently lists this business as not accredited, which was confusing and concerning. At this point, we have had to escalate the matter in order to seek resolution. We hope this can still be resolved professionally, but based on our experience, we would strongly advise others to proceed with caution as there are many red flags despite the positive reviews.
