Very happy with the results!! Mark waived my deductible as well so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. I also had problems with the infotainment and he helped me with that too. They even washed and vacuumed my car.. Would definitely go back if something happens to my car again (hopefully not though). Highly recommend!

Considering my car is about 16 years old, I was looking for a place to repaint my 2006 Z, paint was peeling off, rust was starting corrode the metal. I decided to take a chance, and after choosing a different color from black to navy blue, my car came out looking almost brand new. Mark did a great job and I was stunned with the results. When something went wrong with my rear hatch a year later, he got it covered. Definitely found someone who takes great pride in his work.

Renown was excellent. I submitted bid requests via Yelp and Mark (the owner, I think) was one of the responses. Based on his quote and a friend's recommendation, we chose to bring our car to Renown. We had dents on scratches on the hood and both sides of the car. It now looks brand new! Renown went above and beyond by detailing the inside of the car and fixing some minor scratches outside of the contracted for repairs. Excellent service and communication from start to finish. read more

Sent out several request for quotes. Mark was the first to respond. I sent some pictures but the glare made it hard to actually see what I needed fixed. I decided to physically go to his shop. He took pictures and texted me with a quote the next day. The price was very reasonable compared to two other quotes I received. My concern was finding transportation while my car was in the shop. Mark offered a loaner I could use while he worked on my SUV if I decided to go with him. His shop is a basic space located in an industrial type area which gives him an advantage to offer better prices compared to a shop in a big fancy building with high overhead costs. His quote was already decent but the loaner sealed the deal! I forgot to take before and after pictures but check out what was posted by other customers. I'm very happy and satisfied with his work. they did good the first time, owner was nice however since i really liked their work i wanted to save this business for future paint job. contacted him 2 months in advance, he agreed to me sending him a picture for a quoted price. was ignored for 2 1/2 months, called & everything and his message read is on. no explanation no reply Just left on read. I JUST WISH THIS BUSINESS COMMUNICATED. Ignoring is completely unprofessional. idk what the problem or situation is. completely turned off and no longer coming back here. read more

Mark is the man! Went to Oahu for a trip when the valet at our hotel dented our rental car. Due to the hotel being uncooperative, we sent out several requests for quotes for insurance reasons. Many of them responded but many of them weren't able to send quotes, charged for said quotes, or weren't able to perform a quote. Mark on the other hand was quick and responsive. Highly recommend Mark if your car ever gets dented by the hotel valet. read more

Yelp sent out my quote request for auto body repairs and Renown was one of the businesses that received my request. Mark contacted me right away and was able to give me an estimate from my pictures alone. His quote was the cheapest of all 5 businesses that received my request. I took my van in on Thursday and it was done on Saturday. The dent was gone and it looked as good as new! On top of the quality repair, he washed and vacuumed my van as a courtesy! It is awful needing this service but Mark and Renown made it less painful. I think they only have a few reviews because his business has contracts with the rental companies which are now grounded so I really lucked out. I will definitely take my vehicles back to Renown (hopefully I won't need to) for paint and body repair. read more

Fortunately Mirage Paintless Dent Repair had been around what seems like forever! Troy has fixed many of my door dings and even a hood smash in my Tacoma from a parking arm that went crazy on it! Because I have been on the unfortunate end of so many dings, I actually bought the dent protection package from Lexus when I bought my vehicle a few months ago. As expected Mirage was on there as a dealer that could do the work for me. Even if they weren't and due to the location and damage that was done I was already thinking of contacting them to do the repair since all my past jobs have been excellent. I made my appointment and dropped my car off with Troy after he got my insurance claim cleared. He was done in an hour which I thought was amazing considering the damage to the body and in a body line was pretty bad. No drilling was required as he was able to get to the ding through the rear tail light. The repair was amazing. Absolutely no way to tell it was damaged before. If you have a ding on your car I highly recommend Mirage. Nothing like driving a car a few month old and it gets an ugly ding. But Troy can make that all good again and have you going happily down the road again!

Over several months, we were repeatedly told that work was in progress, parts were on order, or that the vehicle was nearing completion. It's March 31, 2026 and it is still not finished. However, during multiple in-person visits, there has been little to no visible progress. Communication has been inconsistent, and there were times we arrived during business hours and no one was available. We understand that delays can happen, but the lack of transparency and follow-through has been extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. We also observed signage indicating BBB accreditation; however, the BBB website currently lists this business as not accredited, which was confusing and concerning. At this point, we have had to escalate the matter in order to seek resolution. We hope this can still be resolved professionally, but based on our experience, we would strongly advise others to proceed with caution as there are many red flags despite the positive reviews.

We took it to Encore and they quoted us $3700. A few days later they called and said that it would be another $400 for a part. Two days later they said that it would be another $200. When we finally went to pick up the car we saw that the bumper was fixed. They also fixed some other things in the front, since it was pushed back. When I inquired about the fix for the anti-freeze the guy had no idea what I was talking about. We had a new bottle of anti-freeze in the trunk and they put it in the car for us. It didn't leak out, which was a good sign. We drove it to Costco a block down and saw that all the anti-freeze was leaking out. We called the guy and dropped the car off again. He called the next day and said it would cost $800 to fix the anti-freeze leak. A day later he called and said it would be another $400 to fix the inverter. All in all, the hubby paid around $6000 for something they quoted as $3700. That plus the fact that they had our car for over three weeks. When we finally picked up the car they did give us a complimentary car wash, which we appreciated. We've had the car back for four days now and thankfully it's running smoothly.
