This place has gone to trash. I've been a patient here since 2018 and was honestly excited about…read morethis office. The front desk was nice welcoming and fun. The practice it self felt like home. My PCP was attentive to all of my questions and concerns. I got the best care I've ever received. However during and after the pandemic this place has become a complete disaster. The turnover for the front desk is base on students coming and going so when you call and put in requests they don't always make it to the right person. They've managed to charge me for things that we not done and appointments that were cancelled well in advance and will cancel your care if you do not show up regularly and then will put you under review to see wether or not they will reinstate you as a patient. I've never heard of such garbage. I pay my copayments I cancel in time so that I won't get a surcharge for not showing up so the fact that they continue to claim I owe for something I definitely do not owe is crazy business to me. I heard horror stories in the past about this practice and defended this place but now I'm here to let you know that if you go to this place be prepared to be played with when it comes to money. It's no longer warm and welcoming the waiting room is depressing good luck on your search for quality care though because this isn't the place I will ever recommend ever again.

People who are running behind get out on hold and hung up on, those that get through to Jillian are told to keep coming and then turned away upon arrival. Jillian just laughs when she turns people away and the office manager refuses to call me out of hiding to speak with anyone. They obviously have too many patients and not enough care.
