Upon arrival, I was greeted and asked to fill out multiple different paperwork forms. One of these forms requested I keep a card on file and to another, authorization to take my picture. I asked the secretary what was this for and she informed me the picture was for in the event they had to take you to court/collections to ensure they had an accurate representation of who you were. The card, to pay any bills you had that were past due. Having not experienced this with every other provider I have ever seen, I refused to do either of the two. I know my copayments for my services, and shared that with the secretary. Following her own confirmation, I paid for my service and waited for my appointment. The office was filled with people, and felt very disorganized. When I finally was called back after about an hour's wait, I explained to the nurse that I was there for a specific test, the echo, she shared the tester wasnt there that day and that I would have to return. I asked if I would be required to pay again, and their response was yes. After some back and forth, Dr. Dawson agreed to administer the test. Two years later - I received a bill threatening to be sent to collections if I didn't pay on time. I have lived in the same residence for over three years and have never received a bill. I even had a follow-up with Dr. Dawson and still, there was no bill. I thought it was rather odd that in two years, not a single letter was sent, or a phone call to request payment. Dr. Dawson was a nice, kind Dr. However, I am concerned with the practices used at this office. I tried calling to receive an explanation but my calls were not answered. Often I was put on hold indefinitely.

I…read morewent in for a physical recently with a new Doctor and talked about my desire to get back in the gym and lose some weight - I've been experiencing some conditions that led me to worry about my cardiovascular health. So I was scheduled for a Nuclear Stress Test. They inject a radioactive isotope into your cardiovascular system - then use a special imaging system to capture imagery of your heart and cardiovascular system. Then they put you on a treadmill, hook up a bunch of sensors to you, get your heart rate up to 148, then inject another round of radioactive isotope into your system - then re-image you a second time. After you get off the treadmill, you are then allowed to eat some snacks and drink juice or water which they provide. The two ladies who were the nurse technicians who ran me through the sequence of steps were very nice. They warn you to expect to be there 3-4 hours - I got out in 2.5 hours. My results came back today and no problems were found - so onto the gym!

The Doctor of Anesthesia (regretfully I forget his name) was truly a class act.
