Willie Miranda was completely engaged with us ensuring we received a fair offer on the house we were selling but also worked with us on making a fair offer on the home we were purchasing, accepted by the sellers. Not only did he sell our house once, he quickly sold it a second time when the initial buyer dropped out days before closing. Willie keep us calm through a very trying time and with his help we sold our house quickly for the price we wanted. Willie took the time to ensure we understood all the market factors when deciding on how to price and market our house. We had at least six walk through in the first weekend our home was on the market and an offer in the first few weeks. When we did settle on our new home he assisted with finding the best financing and ensured we closed on the date we were ready to move. They were available day and night to go over any questions we had throughout the process.
