They were really good about setting up a quick appointment for me since I was out of my meds. They do not shy away from treating people with all types of conditions. They really are caring people and treat you like a family member not a chart. They worked with me through appointments and have helped me through every step of the way. They now have me on the correct meds I should be on and have me in what I consider the best shape I been in. The main person I deal with is Meredith Pressnell. Made an appointment WEEKS ago with this office for Dr. Vogelsang, I specifically asked for him when…read moreI called because he is an ENT and who I saw as a child and that's who I was calling for, got to the office for my appointment, my appointment was for 2:30 they told me to be there at 2:15, at 3:45 the receptionist comes over and says "Dr. Given is running behind he will be with you next" i said i'm not here for dr. given Im here for Dr Vogelsang, I go up front, she says "im so sorry the girl who scheduled you is new, she put you with dr given" I told her it was fine, no big deal, but since I left work for an appointment I needed a slip saying i was here, The RUDEST nurse i've ever met in my life came out and said If i didn't see anyone they weren't going to give me a slip, i advised her it wasn't my fault I didn't see a Dr, they didn't book me correctly which the front desk clerk admitted, so she comes out with a slip that says "the PATIENT cancelled her appointment with us today" I told the clerk this was unacceptable, I cancelled because I was booked with the WRONG doctor who didn't treat what I was there for, after waiting another 20 minutes they came out with a slip that said I rescheduled, I took the slip because I was done arguing, but now I get docked at work for the offices error and the nurse wouldn't even come out and speak to me herself. very poor office procedures I will not be returning!
