They start you off with X-rays, take photo like images of the teeth and gums, and then explain areas of concern and a treatment plan. The plan is very detailed where it shows what the insurance covers and what is patient responsibility. The pricing seemed very reasonable, but I'm sure it also depends on your insurance selection. You go at your pace and decide where you want to start. All in all, from start to finish, service is exceptional, welcoming, and supportive.

Dr. Salib is now the proprietor, and he is AWESOME. He lives in the area and is known by all of his clients as an empathetic and caring family man. A professional. His staff is awesome - they appreciate veterans, but most of all they are pain-free. His hygienists are awesome - even the reception and billing are caring. My wife experience has always been wonderful. Even when my unions coverage was terrible I still went here because you can't place a dollar amount on your teeth. I highly recommend this practice. She performed the normal cleaning, polish, scrape and some new thing, which I never did before even when I was in LA. Also never had or seen they massage your face, head and neck first to check for abnormal growths or cancer. Again all firsts for me. In the end, my teeth were rocking. I met Dr. Sleeve? They have both made my treatment experience positive on the clinical side. Unfortunately, my overall experience with your office has been overshadowed by ongoing issues with customer service and communication. Despite the significant financial investment I am making--well over $20,000 for my implants--I have encountered repeated frustrations that I believe require immediate attention: 1. Communication & Scheduling: I have had to call repeatedly to check if my implants arrived and to secure appointments, instead of being contacted by your office proactively. In addition, I have been scheduled for appointments on days I cannot attend, and the only way to correct this has been by speaking directly with the dentist. 2. Unreturned Calls: I have been promised return phone calls from staff on multiple occasions, but those calls have not been made. 3. Insurance Handling: When attempting to provide my insurance information, I was told staff were "too busy" and instructed to text it in. I was also told my insurance would be confirmed, yet I never received follow-up communication. Further, I was advised that insurance would only cover future services, not the procedures currently being performed, without proper assistance in understanding or completing the required forms. As a patient, I find this lack of support and communication unacceptable, especially given the cost and importance of these procedures. I am not an expert in dental insurance, and I expected your staff to provide clear guidance and assistance--something that has been sorely lacking. I respectfully request the opportunity to speak with someone in your organization who can take ownership of these issues and help me move forward with the level of service and professionalism that should accompany such an important investment in my health.
