Unfortunately they are incredibly expensive. $300 for comprehensive evaluation, X-rays and cleaning. Plus they try to get another $65 for fluoride varnish (I felt it was unnecessary as my toothpaste has fluoride in it) and oral cancer exam (which was included in the exam at my last dentist). I normally pay $125 for biannual exam, cleaning, X-rays and oral cancer exam. I understand having such a nice office that they are recouping costs, but I feel this is excessive. My previous dentist (in California) gave me a discount as I was cash pay. Not having to bill insurance is a plus for the practice as they are paid immediately. Also, they offer Invisalign, which is nice. Normally charging approximately $8k, they were offering a back-to-school discount and it would be $6,000. I can get the same type of orthodontics for $899 through Smileie which I will probably be doing. As the cost difference is so great for the dental work I will probably coordinate care with my dentist in CA as I'm back there periodically anyway. If you have insurance or affordability isn't and issue, this practice will probably be a good experience for you. It was for me until I had to get out my wallet.

Unfortunately, my overall experience with your office has been overshadowed by ongoing issues with customer service and communication. Despite the significant financial investment I am making--well over $20,000 for my implants--I have encountered repeated frustrations that I believe require immediate attention: 1. Communication & Scheduling: I have had to call repeatedly to check if my implants arrived and to secure appointments, instead of being contacted by your office proactively. In addition, I have been scheduled for appointments on days I cannot attend, and the only way to correct this has been by speaking directly with the dentist. 2. Unreturned Calls: I have been promised return phone calls from staff on multiple occasions, but those calls have not been made. 3. Insurance Handling: When attempting to provide my insurance information, I was told staff were "too busy" and instructed to text it in. I was also told my insurance would be confirmed, yet I never received follow-up communication. Further, I was advised that insurance would only cover future services, not the procedures currently being performed, without proper assistance in understanding or completing the required forms. As a patient, I find this lack of support and communication unacceptable, especially given the cost and importance of these procedures. I am not an expert in dental insurance, and I expected your staff to provide clear guidance and assistance--something that has been sorely lacking. We only paid the $99 consultation fee (which was already expensive), and when we explained that we couldn't afford the procedure, the doctor only prescribed ibuprofen. He did not prescribe the antibiotic that was absolutely necessary for the infection and inflammation my father was experiencing. We only realized this at 11 p.m. when the pharmacy gave us just the ibuprofen. It was a terrible situation that seriously put my father's health at risk.
