And then when i came back i leaned on my couch and noticed black stains on my cushion!! I touched the back of scalp and color from the scalp came on my finger so basically the shampoo after color wasn't done properly and there was still a lot of color left. I was so displeased. I went back. It was raining and really cold that day I still went back, the salon was closed. I wrote them an email next day and they just responded with a sorry on the email and saying they will talk to the girl who shampooed but I think even if they were a teaching salon the main stylist should have checked if the service was done properly, it felt like negligence and rushed service. I was not feeling well that day, and after that I had to wash my hair again at 9 PM on a very cold day, only because they didn't do it properly, i had an early morning flight next day and this totally ruined my mood. I expected them to offer me some refund atleast as service was so dismal.. when I had left 40% tip as well. Nothing like that not even a call from them for apologizing properly when i was an old customer.. This experience left such a bad taste in mouth, the color also stained my nails before my hawaii trip. I'm not going back

From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered knowledgeable advice, and provided helpful tips on how to get my hair back to a healthier place. Most importantly, she delivered exactly what I was hoping for. The color turned out beautiful and natural, and the haircut gave my hair the fresh start it desperately needed. The lash appointment wasn't the best because Jen kept leaving me on the table to go take care of other customers. After 2 hours it was finally my turn to get washed. I showed Richard the hair style I wanted- TWICE- and Jen spoke to him about it then asked how short I wanted my hair. That's when I got concerned because the hair style is for long hair, which I already have. My hair goes past my mid back. I told her SEVERAL TIMES "Do not touch the length. I love my long hair" Richard starts cutting and then flips my hair past my shoulders and I see no hair..... it's all gone. Easily 5-6 inches chopped off. Jen smiles and said "We only took off an inch" I wanted to scream, cry, vomit- it took me so long to get my hair to the length I wanted it to be at and they ruined it. They ruined it the day before my baby shower. Which Jen knew was the very next day. I told her I didn't want the length touched and all she said was "It was necessary" just ADMIT that your husband messed up big time. Admit that you said something to him that made him cut off my hair. You threw away a 7 year loyal customer over what you thought was "necessary" Well it's now necessary for me to take my business elsewhere. Also look at the other reviews and what do they all have in common? SHORT HAIR. Richard only knows how to cut short hair. She's really quick with application, yet meticulous and I'm always happy with my lashes afterwards. They also last longer for me (almost a month) compared to when I get lashes done at other places. They have a new credit card payment system now, so you can save a few bucks if you pay in cash (I believe it's around 3%). Note: Even though they have "and Nail" in the name, they no longer do nails.
