Mi Madre came and did an excellent job. I was not there and a few small areas were missed, probably because I was not on site to point them out. When I called back, David was more than helpful and Mi Madre came back to catch the few tiny (less than 15 minutes) details that were missed. Their cleaning was excellent and David was always easy to reach and communicate with. I own several properties and will gladly use Mi Madre again.

They left lights on, the back door unlocked, as well as the lockbox with the house key left on the actual code to open the lockbox. The soft wash on the outside of the house was mediocre. Had to spray it down with a hose because there was still dirt and cobwebs. Being charged a $100 per side and then having to rewash it was frustrating.

Since the last two consecutive no-shows Elizabeth has not replied to any voice mails, texts, or emails over the span of four days from me trying to find out what is going on. It was AMAZING. They showed up on time and got right to work. The hardest part about this whole thing was ME giving in and realizing that I sucked at cleaning and needed help. I've also called him to refund the deposit, and he said "No" and hung up. Now I am pursuing action against this company so just a caution stay away!
