And I have found that those cleaning businesses whose owner or representative take the time to come out first to do a quote are far more reliable than those who do not. Yasenia listened with a kind ear, convinced me to get a refund from the cleaning service and brought in her "machine team" who mopped my floors 10x with vinegar to remove the build-up! My floors look new again! (2) Yasenia and team saved our cats lives (and likely our home). We left for dinner, with the gas turned on (I think the cats did it ;). Yasenia was kind enough to enter the home, open the windows and wait with my animals to make sure they were safe until I made it back home.
