I called Mireles Cleaning for an estimate on biweekly house cleaning. After getting a quote from the in person estimate appointment, I scheduled the initial deep clean. The three person team came today for the deep clean. They cleaned every nook and cranny. My bathtub had grime build up and no longer looking white. Thank you Santiago and crew for making my home look 10 years younger. I contacted Santiago Mireles thru Yelp a couple weeks ago and he promptly scheduled a time for an estimate. I told him over the phone I wanted a "deep clean" and then possibly set up a schedule to come back on a regular basis. Santiago came by 2 days later to walk thru my house and gave me a quote over the phone. He then gave me a quote for weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning if I was interested in future bookings. I'll be honest, I was waiting to see the quality of work before I committed to having Santiago come back to clean on a scheduled basis. My home is 1500sq ft, 3 bed 2.5 bath two story. Santiago and his crew spent 6 hours detailing the entire house. My wife and I were beyond impressed when the quality of work that was done. We both agreed our home hasn't looked this good since 2010. I want to update my review from a few years ago. Santiago and his crew have consistently been one of the best things about life in Visalia and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is kind, fair, and goes above and beyond for his customers. He first cleaned our house when we moved in and our landlords left our house so dirty that I cried on my first day here. Since then, he and his crew have maintained our home and made Visalia a home for us. The prices are fair and they are speedy and thorough, especially when you see how hard they work to keep everything beautiful and not just clean but enjoyable! When Santiago came to our house for an estimate for a deep cleaning, he called us if he could come a little bit earlier, when he was at our house and introduced himself and we showed him our house we were already convinced that he and his team would do a great job. We have a 3000 sqft home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so you can imagine it was a big job and he gave me a reasonable bid. After a couple of weeks when he and 4 members of his team showed up exactly on time and they started immediately cleaning. They cleaned all the blinds, windows, fans, all the insides of my kitchen cabinets, baseboards, floors, etc etc etc. After they were done with the cleaning, Santiago walked with me trough the house for a inspection and I have to say, everything looked immaculate! Due to some physical limitations I had to neglect a lot of my house cleaning. I have a fur baby so lots of hair had collected up everywhere. I called Santiago and he scheduled a walk through the next day. He is someone with great customer service and attentive of what you are needing/wanting. OMG!!!!! This company is amazing. My husband and I are finally combining houses (we're military stationed apart from each other) and we hired Mireles to do a complete move out deep clean of his place. First let me tell you that my husband and his roommate are not the cleanest. They are two guys living that came and went on various deployments so you can imagine the level of house cleaning or rather lack of cleaning that occurred. When I drove up to help him pack out I was completely grossed out! They hadn't dusted in forever, the oven was caked on gross and I can't even describe the layers upon layers of dust EVERYWHERE. I thought there would be no way he'd get his deposit back. I hope Mireles could at least clean it up enough that we wouldn't get additional charges.
