I originally contacted Leon to clean the tile floors in my kitchen and both bathrooms. I mentioned I wanted to buy new carpets but Leon informed me that he cleaned carpets too and assured me that the carpets only needed a good cleaning. Leon did an amazing job cleaning the tile/grout and carpets in my home. Prior to cleaning the tile and grout, the tile looked very dingy and the grout looked almost black. I was told by a contractor that having the tile and grout cleaned won't make a big difference. He was wrong. It was magical watching Leon clean the floors. The tile and grout look new again. After an unsatisfactory carpet cleaning service several years ago, we were sceptical if this carpet cleaning service would meet our high expectations. However, on August 15th, we were amazed at the promptness of Leon. First, he called about 8:50 a.m. to say he was driving to our home at the scheduled time of 9 AM. After he arrived, he came in and looked at all the rooms he was to clean. Then Leon prepared cleaning solutions while explaining what he was doing and why. The he placed corner guards to keep corner walls from being scarred by the hoses before starting the cleaning process. Our small home office was the most dirty but Leon persevered for two hours and finally got it cleaned! Then he took another tool, got on his knees and cleaned away the dirt stuck between the carpet and the baseboards. I must mention that to make it easier before Leon's arrival, we moved out all the furniture and vacuumed all the room s to be cleaned the day before.
