Dealing with Tim was the single worst experience of my life. My husband and I purchased our first…read morehome from Tim; a house that he flipped. From the second we moved into the house, we became quickly and painfully aware of the shoddy work and poor craftsmanship that went into this house. The kitchen tiles weren't properly installed and quickly began shifting, both master showers were improperly graded and water was pooling and after just a week of living there, our kitchen ceiling began leaking. Every shelf in the house was improperly installed (nailed into dry wall) and as soon as a couple of things were placed on top, came crashing down. This is just a sampling of everything that was done wrong here. Within the first few weeks of living in this home, we had to invest nearly $10,000 just to make it livable. We have since spent a lot more. Tim later confessed that the people he hired to do the work were "no longer in the business", clearly because such issues were seen in other properties they worked on. Tim agreed to "fix" only some of the issues, but that was short lived, as we're now facing another ceiling leak and shower issues only a few weeks after his men completed their work. Tim looks for shortcuts and cheap labor, he does touch ups where he should do a complete renovation and he has no respect for the art of real estate. He has ruined our first home buying experience. He is a true con man. Stay away.
