My Mom recently passed away. She was a few months short of reaching 99. My brother and I were able to keep her in her home until the end. She had lived in that house in Paramus New Jersey for over 60 years. Little had changed in the house over that long period. Major improvements and dramatic changes were needed to the home to bring it into the 21st century. All things that didn't bide well for an easy task to sell the home. With my brother living in Boston and me in Minneapolis the thought of being able to sell the home seemed like Mission Impossible. We didn't know where to start.
