I cannot speak highly enough of every aspect of Mirror Mirror! After moving to Tucson less than two years ago, I had high expectations because I loved my home town med spa. MM is the third med spa I've visited in town and I'm so glad I didn't settle for one of the others. I learned about MM when I met a staff member, Jenny, at a local resort and she convinced me to come see what they were all about. Initially I was hesitant, but only because it's a 30 minute drive from my house. After not being completely satisfied at another place, I figured why not? First thing I love: Melisa and her staff are SO nice. Every single person is professional, caring, kind, helpful, and well educated. Second thing I love: Melisa takes pride in what she does and is incredibly talented. I've received multiple rounds of botox, multiple rounds of lip filler, and many lipo-b12 shots. I've never loved my results more. Melisa truly listens to you without judgment, respects what aesthetic goals you have, and, most importantly, she delivers beautiful results. Third thing I love: MM is very competitive price-wise. Although the "regular" prices are similar to other med spas, every month they run specials, and they aren't pushy about upselling. Unlike other med spas, I never feel pressured to buy anything. Melisa and her team are always honest in advising me which packages/products would work for me, and not selling me things that are unnecessary. Fourth thing I love: You can buy products and service packages and keep them in your "wallet" for future use. This included breaking things into partial usages! For example, MM ran a filler syringe special that made certain products very affordable. During one visit, I used 1/2 of a syringe in my lips, and was able to keep the other 1/2 in my "wallet". Of all the med spas I've ever been to, this has NEVER been an option...it's always an all-or-nothing requirement, which has never been desirable to me. All my b12 shots have been part of a package, and I just purchased a package for laser hair removal. Oh! And there was a flash sale for IPL treatments, so I sent them a message on Instagram (seriously) and they charged me, added it to my wallet, and I can schedule whenever I want. Overall, I recommend Mirror Mirror to everyone I know in Tucson. They are worth the drive, worth the money, and 100% dedicated to making your experience incredible. read more

The only thing I am disappointed about when I think about Mirror Mirror Med Spa is that I didn't know about it sooner! This spa not only wowed me, but exceeded my expectations as well. I had a 1-hr. Swedish massaged with Jessica and after finishing up, I realized I had never had a good massage in the past until Jessica worked her magic. She did a fantastic job. I was beyond relaxed and since having my massage four days ago, I noticed less pain in my lower back and my neck pain completely gone since she worked those two areas I asked her to focus on. I was absolutely swooned by her service and it only got better from there. I had a dermaplane facial with Nicole which was amazing! My face has felt refreshed and moisturized ever since. I usually go to a different place to treat my skin, but I am not good at making appointments and they were booked. I am glad because from researching, I found Mirror Mirror. Online booking was super easy. I got in the same day. Nurse Jenny was friendly and I felt very comfortable. She really did a great job and I highly recommend her. So this rating comes from experience. She was quick yet thorough and while it's certainly not a pain free procedure, it hurt so much less than the others. After receiving the Diamond Glow facial the first time I knew I had to continue to receive that treatment in order to accomplish my goal of having clear, glowing skin! Monday was my 1st visit to mirror mirror med spa and it was amazing! I walked in the front desk admin staff greeted and me quickly and offered me a domething to drink while I wait for my appointment. I got a massage by Jessica which was just wonderful. She knew exactly where to focus and the pressure was perfect. I have come to Mirror Mirror twice, so far only for laser hair removal. The experience has been great! The esthetician took her time, adjusted the settings for what was most comfortable and was kind. The first treatment was uncomfortable, but the second treatment was relatively pain free. My results have been much better than expected, I will never go back to waxing after this. This review comes after 4 weeks post procedure and after I had the same one done at a different location. To ensure that my judgement wasn't biased or presumptuous. The owner of Mirror Mirror preformed the Vivace RF and I was assured that this one was the BEST micro needling treatment and would notice results. As I have great skin, I don't smoke or drink, never had Botox , no other procedures done before. Immediately after, I felt like I just had a basic facial. It felt no different from when I came in. Optimistic for good results I waited. my skin didn't look or feel different after the procedure and it didn't change after either. It seems strange since I paid an exorbitant amount of money for this. So, I went to Skinjectables . I got the same RF treatment . However, the results were like night and day. My face was red, swollen, puffy, warm/ hot and my face looked like it reacted to the procedure. The fact that I am taking time to report my experience is A first. I don't like to write these. I prefer to be the reader and gather my information and make my decision. Now I offer my experience to help someone else. Beware of the technician preforming your treatment. Make sure they not only know what they are doing but that they are giving you 100% top quality , ethical service ! With no limitations, setbacks or hindrances. I know that I will notice a difference in my appearance from the second procedure because it was done correctly. I will not pour my money into an establishment that doesn't uphold high standards at all times with all clients.
