This was easily one of the worst retail experiences I've ever had. The pricing is already absurd, but what makes it worse is how misleading everything else is. They advertise products that aren't actually in stock just to get you in the door, then try to push a substitute with significantly lower THC for an even higher price. It feels like a deliberate bait-and-switch. On top of that, the staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, and repeatedly pressured me to leave a five-star review while I was still in the store, which tells you everything you need to know about how they operate. Between the dishonest listings, inflated prices, and unprofessional behavior, there's really no reason to go here. I would strongly recommend taking your business somewhere else. read more

Went into the store asking for a good Sativa of soft buds. Cashier recommended this bag, states its a "blind bag" so she couldnt confirm what the buds looked like or their softness. Went to my car and opened up the bag, and was appaled and what i saw. Dried brick thats hard, dusty, and full of sticks. Also not even a Sativa, its a hybrid. So I went back into the store after just opening the bag telling them that this is not at all what I wanted. I asked for the manager and he asked what I wanted instead, I explained again what I was looking for. He brings me out a different product and I said fine. Went to charge me full price and I said, "minus the refund from that other bag" and he said no. he cant do refunds or store credits. even though I quite literally bought it 30 seconds prior based on their store workers word and it is not what I want. $65 for this trash is just absolutely appalling. and terrible customer service to not make it right. read more

I visited this dispensary specifically looking for a particular type of edible. The overall experience was extremely poor, highlighted by a significant lack of customer service and empathy. The employee assigned to assist me offered no greeting and seemed to possess very little knowledge about the products, making the selection process difficult. The most concerning issue, however, arose when I needed to view a product closer. Due to a vision condition that causes my sight to blur, I requested to see the edible at a close distance. As I attempted to move it for a better view, the employee abruptly snatched the product back, instantly making me feel scrutinized and treated like a potential criminal. While I respect and understand the need for strict security protocols, the execution was appalling. A simple, polite explanation--such as, "I apologize, but I am required to keep physical possession of the product at all times"--would have been sufficient. Instead, the sudden, hostile action of pulling the product away spoke volumes about their lack of training and respect for the customer, especially one with an accessibility need. I completed the purchase out of necessity for the product, but the negative interaction was deeply off-putting. I will not be returning to this location. Improved staff training on product knowledge, customer engagement, and handling security protocols with courtesy is urgently needed. read more

Amazing place good weed products Big selections !!! Budtenders are knowledgeable and experienced.

So so so disappointing. I drove 30 minutes to restock after placing an online order. When I arrived to pick up my items, the budtender informed me that the items would be $50 more expensive than expected due to an error on their website. Instead of correcting the mistake, they offered me a 20% discount, which was kind but still made the purchase significantly more expensive than anticipated. If you're going to do business online, ensure your prices are accurate. And if an error occurs, a 20% discount isn't enough--an extra pre-roll or a sample of gummies would have been much more appreciated. Additionally, the budtenders were unhelpful and provided no insight into why my order was so much more expensive in-store. read more
