This is by far the worst dispensary in the city of Rochester? They're very rude. They don't accept cash. They complain that the way you park all the employees in this establishment are very rude and take 20 minutes to assist you very bad experience will never shop here again. read more

There are so many types of plants, colors and sizes to view. It was so nice to see some much foliage after a long winter. The layout is very easy to follow and the plants are all in good health. There is also a good selection of gardening tools and pottery for the more advanced gardener! Some more fun things I saw were garden in a bag which appears to be like a kids beginner gardener set, so super inclusive for even the less experienced planter! After chatting with the store owners a little bit the gardens have been here since the 1960s and was family owned and run so it's always nice to support local businesses! They also make deliveries to the hospital during the weekdays. Definitely a great place to grab a few items for oneself or as a gift for others. Highly recommend stopping by

In terms of value, we found everything to generally be within a reasonable price range - and I managed to find some really fun items, including strawberry mint (excited to use it in a cocktail) and an heirloom cherokee purple tomato plant. I also picked up a lovely little variegated string of hearts succulent and a couple other plants to add to my collection. Couldn't find a couple of the items I was looking for though (a friend asked me to see if I could find a Chinese money plant - and considering they're fairly common, I was surprised that Bristol's didn't have any), but one location can't have everything, ya know? Anyway, Bristol's was lovely and I'm sure I'll be back during future plant shopping adventures.

im really shocked to see such a low rating because this is such a lovely place. staff are all very friendly and helpful, the store itself is set up beautifully with plenty of kiosks if you don't want to interact with people. it has a really broad selection and service was both quick and upbeat. sometimes i encounter issues because the name on my ID doesn't match my actual name, but they were very accommodating and were able to correct my name in the account i set up. i highly recommend this place!!! read more

Great prices and variety. They have gotten better as they grow. They have days where they have as much as 30% off everything that are amazing. I paid less for flower during their last big sale than I did in the 1980s in L.A. mostly young people working here. most are great. Manager, Joe, is a great guy. The selection is good (they have Matter - which is a brand I love), and the pricing is competitive.
