There is parking, a nice walkway, and a sign to guide you to the office. 2) Doc is strong. Im an XL dude , and Dr. Matt had no problem moving me around and getting the pressure where it needed to be. 3) I'm a 100% disabled veteran and Dr. Matt accepts our gov coverage. This means a lot to the veteran community. A lot of us are pretty banged up. Thank you so much for dealing with the VA to be able to provide your service to us. I will definitely speak well of you to my brothers. 4) Good energy. I felt very comfortable here. Doc has a good vibe about him. My first visit included an initial assessment, heat treatment, some light exercise with an ultrasound. Afterwards they put together a plan for my workout to build strength. Throughout my visits they always challenged me while also ensuring I did not aggravate my pain. Because of the professional and friendly environment along with knowledge and willingness to work an individual-based plan for me, I steadily progressed with each visit. Dr. Schaffer seemed to be the only chiropractor with excellent reviews and was very involved with his community. So I made an appointment. The first appointment was very long, about two hours. They had me get the paperwork completed, watch educational videos, run tests, and then meet the doctor. Dr Schaffer was very warm, friendly, and just wanted me to feel comfortable. I truly appreciated that because I was uneasy about having chiropractic care. He answered all of my questions and did the first adjustment that day. I am on a care plan, but I am very pleased with his work so far. I am feeling a lot better and can sleep at night. I am still waiting for my insurance to process their claims, but it seems to be inexpensive for everything I am having done. If anything changes with billing I will update the review.
