I chose this company based on all the positive reviews, thinking it would be a reliable choice for a deep clean. I couldn't have been more wrong. First of all, the cleaners showed up late, which completely disrupted my entire day. On top of that, they came unprepared -- they didn't have all the supplies they needed and actually had to leave during the appointment. To make matters worse, they somehow managed to lock themselves out of my house while I was over an hour away at work. I had to rush back home, completely rearranging my workday, just to let them back in. By the time I got there, they had only spent about 20 minutes cleaning the floors -- and even that was done horribly. I was still working and unable to do a full walk-through until a couple of hours later. When I did, I was shocked: this was not a deep clean, not even a basic clean. The fridge was untouched. None of the floors were properly cleaned. There was dust everywhere. The shower was still dirty. It was like they hadn't done anything at all. I sent multiple photos to the owner to show the poor quality of the job, expecting at least a professional response. Instead, I was met with an argument. The owner was extremely rude, spoke over me constantly, and flat-out refused to fix anything. I had already paid, so I was completely ripped off. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. The good reviews clearly do not reflect the service I received. This wasn't just a bad deep clean -- it wasn't a clean at all. I'm so impressed with Miss Buckets! I schedule a deep cleaning and the communication was great. I was blessed enough to get someone who is passionate about cleaning! She did such a great job! She was there longer than I expected-didn't rush the job! The deep clean price is very reasonable and I felt she went above and beyond that price! I couldn't believe how clean my house was from ceiling to floor! Now I'm getting a monthly reoccurring cleaning and a quarterly deep clean! I'm so happy I made that first appointment! It's nice to have some relief in one area of my life and have someone come to clean! read more
