They have optional assistance that is available at a charge. The last time I was in the facility there were plenty of machines available. Different days create different needs. It's nice to know that they are open early in the morning at 6:00 a.m. Their doors close promptly at 10:00 p.m. There are carts to help you move your laundry within the facility as well as to your car. There is plenty of parking in front of or near The Laundry Room entrance. It's also nice that there are plenty of boutique places to eat or get a quick cup of coffee.

Speaking of staff, the lady that was cleaning offered to help me with anything I needed. I told her it was my first time being at the laundromat so she offered to help me. While everything was pretty self-explanatory, I just wanted to point out the amazing customer service. I wasn't there very long and I'm very impressed with the laundromat. The music selection is pretty amazing (it was early 2000s R&B music when I went), and I just really like the whole ambiance. Parking is a little tricky; it is in a small shopping center with other businesses so you can park on the street if there is no parking inside. I came on a weekday so there was plenty of parking for me.

The weekends are understandably busy but then during the week the employees who wash the drop off laundry take up all the washers and dryers. It's pretty frustrating. Additionally, their dryers actually thoroughly dry clothes the first time. And I can add funds on the app and check my balance. However, the kiosk here couldn't read my card to display my balance. I noticed that the machines were clean and ready for use. As I've been there before, there are times when it is busy. They have regular customers that I'm sure have their regular days. It's nice that they have a large parking lot in front of the location so that you can kind of see whether or not they are busy. They have coin machines for change or you can purchase a laundry card. There is also a machine that has laundry soap softener etc. they also have specialized services available for diapers and large items such as comforters. This location is just as friendly as the location on Colorado Boulevard, near the intersection of Colorado and Allen Avenue. This location also has some nice boutique food establishments nearby.
