I had 2 pants hemmed there. One pair was fine. For whatever reason the other pair were the wrong length. The owner took them and said they would take care of it. When I returned to pick them up, they were handed to me wrinkled and not repaired. They told me I'd have to pay the full price all over again. I was perfectly willing to pay half since the problem could have been mine or theirs. They said no. The right answer should have been "we will take care of this." Another customer lost forever. Worst Customer Services!!! STAY AWAY!!! The owner Forcing me to pay extra for work that wasn't done right! They do NOT know what they are doing. The Alteration lady and the two Mexican Women have the worst attitude and would not acknowledge how they messed up. They only ignore you and repeat them self with useless excuses! I took in my dress a week before my best friends wedding. I told the front desk lady how I wanted the dress to look and how short it needed to be. I wore black heels which are the Same ones I brought but different color as the ones I went in the second time! She DID NOT PIN THE DRESS OR MARKETED IT!! She just said I'll leave some notes for the alteration lady. Okay, I was confident she knew what she was doing, how wrong was I! I went to pick it up 4 DAYS later to try it on and see that they only took 1" off a dress that would fit a 6" foot person!! I'm 4'11!! The ladies refused to help me or correct the mistake unless I paid More! What?! I asked for the owners phone number after they insisted I needed to bring the black shoes (the SAME ones I had with me but just Different color)!!! I talked to him and told him everything that happened. He called me back 10 min later saying how I requested 1'' inch off and I said yes of the distance between the slip and the front of the dress. So he kept going about how I was wearing different shoes and he needed to check the cameras. Unbelievable!! I asked for my money back which was $40 dollars for just an inch off!! He said NO, that I need to pay or he can't help me and then Hung Up the phone on me!! In all my years Never have I experience such idiotic and ignorant people and service. NEVER AGAIN! I was really happy with the service I got.I have been going to a different place for over 20 years so i think i was getting a old timers price I had (18) assorted items and it came to $122 at first I was like WOW that's alot but then again like I said I was probably getting a deal at the old place that is now way too far away from me to just go and get my dry cleaning done. I don't come very often but have used their tailor services in the past, so I decided to give it a try. The tailor was not there when I came and the lady attempted to mark for the alterations. I told them that i would need the jacket back by Thursday and was told it was fine BUT they would call me when it was ready. I waited and waited and got no call. I went by 3 times at 9am to pick up or check on my garment and the doors were locked each time (despite tha sign on the door saying they open at 9am). Now I'm frustrated. I finally get there one day and the lady in the front says "we would never call you, its been sitting here". Unfortunately, the alterations were not right and I was told I would be charged AGAIN to change it. I didn't find that fair (the tailor should have been there since I was told she would be) but left it. I called a few days later and asked if the owner was there and was told yes (this is by the same front register lady) so I asked to speak with them and agree refused. She began to argue with me about the situation (yet couldn't explain why no one was at work at 9am) and I'd have to pay the entire amount. I asked for the owner again and now mysteriously...... they weren't there. Well, I hope they have a chance to see now and rectify the situation asap. read more

Great price on laundered men's dress shirts. $1.45 per shirt! I couldn't find anywhere else for that price. The place is huge. They do all the work on site without outsourcing. No complaints yet. They tag the shirts by putting a paper label through the button hole instead of putting a masking tape directly on the shirt tail and leaving a mark like some lame dry cleaner did to my shirt. I might as well have thrown it in the washer. They did do a great job of clean and press for my work shirts, but they did not process it well and it has this awful rancid smell to it. On 6/14/2018 I came immediately to new era on Los Robles and orange grove to pick up 5 garments and a fitted all white new York Yankees 5950 cap (which was in mint condition) that needed a light cleaning. Not to mention, I bring clothes and stuff at least 3-4 times a month to them. Well, let's just say that when I came to get the hat the brim was soggy and flimsy, the section where the logo is was all wrinkled and the integrity of the hat was compromised due to a lack of professionalism that they claim on their website as well as the back of the yellow receipt in light grey writing. I am a hat collector and any of you that are know that these types of hats are generally around $40. Unfortunately, the hat is ruined and all they told me was a bunch of excuses trying not to take accountability for their own mishaps. I find their cleaning services to be satisfactory - I have been using them for about a year - but the customer service leaves much to be desired. Three times I have been in to pick up my clothes before work and have been left standing at the counter, while the woman responsible for working the front has acknowledged my presence, but continued to do something with clothes, paper, etc. in the back that she felt was more important. If a person is standing at the counter at 8:00 am on a weekday morning, odds are they have somewhere to be.
