She was warm and welcoming, especially when I arrived when the spa opened at 8am. She made my experience at the Be Relax Spa incredible. Mitzey was detail oriented with the polish and my nails looked so jazzed up once she was done. I highly recommend Be Relax Spa for anyone traveling through IAH. They're located next to gate D1 and is worth the walk from different terminals. There was a good mix of male and female customers that stopped by as well, everyone left smiling and relaxed.
