Jason came to our home to give us a quote for a short 15 min move. We obtained the quote and I…read moreguess you get what you pay for because if I could give less than one star I would. Jason and his crew started out with a bang but as soon as Jason got tired things went down hill. He left multiple items like desks, TVs and boxes at the old residence after the second load. When we asked if they were going back to get the rest Jason first said "oh you wanted those TVs?" Yes Jason it was on the quote YOU provided us. And yes Jason we want our two 65 inch TVs. He than stated doing a second load was unusual. We explained that he came to the house and saw what we had. HE gave the quote not us. I than stated he left our desks too (not yet realizing he also left multiple boxes as well) He than got angry and said "What are you guys just adding things on?" We explained where the desk was and he stated "oh yeah I remember...can't you just put it in your car?" No Jason I can't. I paid you to do this job. He than stated he'd be by tomorrow to finish. Finish things like ....put my mirror back on my dresser. Put the door back on its hinges that he removed to get an item out. Get the rest of the stuff. Get a large heavy box out of my SUV. Once my husband paid him cash for the job he got angry we wanted change back. Yes Jason we want change. It's our money. Money we now have to spend to get a new mover to get the rest of our stuff. Also his second load consisted of dumping the rest of our stuff in the garage. So now I have some master bedroom boxes buried in garage items. Even though each box was clearly labeled. Jason won't answer calls now or return messages. We have text. We have called. Multiple times. Radio silence. I don't know what's going. Perhaps there is a change of ownership and Jason now runs the company as his father is now in his 60s. I will be filing a BBB complaint, the SOS, as well as all social media I can think of. Honestly anyone who will listen. Don't walk. Run from this company. Just so folks know....we treat vendors very well. We bought them pizza and drinks. We planned on giving a nice tip but with the job completely not finished at all, how can we give any additional funds.

I hired Less Stress to move my furniture and boxes into a storage unit since my house was not…read moreready. 3 months later and called and had them deliver to the new home. My boxes were crushed, bottles and dishes and cast iron frying pan broken in pieces. Of course per Jason this is my fault since I bought cheap boxes and packed them incorrectly. So I'll take the blame since they refuse to. They wrapped my sofa and upon delivery there was grease on the cushion. Jason was there to see it and watched me clean it. My refrigerator is dented in the front which again I did not package. My husbands very expensive lift chair is damaged which I did not package. They lost the cord to our power bed and refuse to take responsibility and refuse to answer my emails which I have and will be happy to display. I am not asking for anything from them but the power cord. They have cost me a lot of money and they don't even have the courtesy to respond to your emails when they are totally at fault. This is a company you should avoid. You truly get what you pay for. In response to your response that is your same story you use on all the bad reviews that it took too long to notify you. I did notify Jason by phone and then again by email and yet another email on 11/3/21 at 452pm. Hi Jason, The courtesy of a response would be appreciated. Please order the cord for the power bed. You lost it and need to replace it. Thank you Debbie Perryman Radio silence. Not even the courtesy of a response. No worries I will never call again for your services. Your time span is ridiculous. No one can unload an entire house in 24 hours. Just another excuse for you not to take responsibility. Jason was also there to see the liquor bottles broken but again that's my fault. No worries you will never have to move me again. No threats at all. Those are promises.

I was planning a move from Florida to WA state, using Upak containers. I asked Steve if Always…read moreFaithful Moving could pack some difficult items and load up the UPak containers for me. I was planning on renting two containers but when Steve came out to scope out the job he assured me that he would fit all of my items into one container (which would significantly lower the cost of my move)!! It was kind of a tricky job as there some delicate items that needed to fit into a tight space. So when moving day came Steve and his team (Luis and Jaron) arrived exactly on time. They worked so quickly and efficiently the packing was done within 2 hours. And the contents of the UPak container arrived safely to the destination in Washington undamaged. My experience with Always Faithful moving was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

The guys and the owner were nice guys. The move was a disaster! They left the home I was moving…read morefrom in a disastrous state. They didn't bring a LOT of things they were supposed to move. The lowest estimate I've received to move the remainder of things was $1500. I already paid Always Faithful, for a 35 minute move, $5500, plus $600 in tips! I was there in the beginning and the guys were respectful. However, I had to leave to go to the new house to do the walk-thru and meet the cable guy, and also get the water turned on. My friend was up at the previous home, but she hurt her back, so she was in the car. I didn't know that she wasn't inside. They left my home with trash strewn everywhere! In each closet, there were things left behind. In my master closet, they left ONE electric house shoe and a brand new box that contained elbow supports. Not to mention FURNITURE that I specifically said needed to go. On my pool deck, they took the doors off of a pool storage cabinet and just left it there. It rained hard and all the expensive pool testing kits and chemicals were ruined! And of course, just like the house, there were their empty water, tea, gatorade bottles all over, as if they'd had a pool party. They used none of my boxes and of course charged me for theirs - which only about 50% of them were marked. Then when they got to the new house, they just left boxes anywhere! My bed is falling apart and I found two pieces that belong to the frame, standing in the corner. I had a small fridge that was just stuck in the middle of the floor with boxes everywhere. Of course, everything inside was ruined, by the time I uncovered it! There were a myriad of things broken. Every lampshade was torn or bent. Many lamps no longer work. I could go on for days. One of the worst things was I gave all six workers a hundred dollar tip. At that point, I had no idea how bad they left things. Then, I find out they left my previous home unlocked and no alarm set! I didn't go up there for three days because I was so busy. R u kidding me? Also, lied thru their teeth and said their boss (the owner, Steve) told them to leave the horrendous mess in the garage and that he would come clean it up the very next day. Had he done that, he would've seen the state they left the entire house. Instead, he's decided to ghost me. Always Faithful, my hiney! Buyer beware!
