Overall one of the better laundry mats, definitely the best one in Jackson. the prices for the machines are on the high side but they are usually all operating. I did haver one epxiernece where the washer ran 30 min past when it should have ended and did not empty its water, leaving me with dropping gallons of water on the floor to get my sheet out to put into another machine. This was a one time issue and after a few weeks the owner did call me back and refund my money. Overall, the site is clean, the machines work, parking is easy to access and the people are good here. They can get quite busy so I recommend coming in in the early morning or late in the day and watch out for the weekends. read more

A great laundry! If a machine is not working properly it is always marked as such. I have called their service number a couple of times & the guy arrived within 15 to fix the problem. They have a plastics recycling bin! If only clueless people would use it. I personally go thru the trash for recyclables when I'm there. Again; if you have trouble, CALL them! read more

Despite being super busy, this is a rare laundromat that is clean, well run, and doesn't keep you surrounded with meth-heads. We look forward to stops here. This laundromat was great. Very clean, change machine, clear instructions on machines in excellent condition, free wi-fi. I liked that there were 4 sizes of washer to fit the sizes of loads we had. I left off one star because there was not a lot of extra space. There were a couple of benches and small folding tables, but no where to hangout while waiting for laundry to finish up. However, a full wash cycle only took 23 min. so can't complain much. read more

The place is a mess! Floor is filthy. No one in attendance. One washer took $8.00 and wouldn't start or return the coins. Tried several dryers. Two would just keep spitting coins back out and finally it gave me 20 minutes. Dryers were not getting hot even though I chose the hot setting. I was very disappointed on this trip and spent too much money trying get what should have been a simple day's wash completed. I will use the other laundromat next time. So very disappointed since this used to be a good place to do laundry. read more

This little hole in wall had about 25 washers and 25 dryers. They had a guy there while we were there he was picking up and very friendly. Place was super clean. Cost about $3.25 to do a double load and a quarter for every 6 minutes. Dryers were hot and fifty cents dried everything but the jeans had to go extra time. Only left missing 1 sock. Maybe it's at the house or the car. read more

Brought a group of 30 kids here for a quick laundry stop. The place was very clean and even though there was not enough washing machines for all the kids, there was still a lot of room outside for the kids to hang out and throw a football. The bathroom was surprisingly nice and clean. Great area for the kids because there was food nearby to keep them satisfied. Highly recommend this laundromat, the owner is a great guy! read more

We were vacationing in Jackson for two weeks and needed to do laundry for our family of four after the first week. This laundromat was close to our hotel and conveniently located. It was busier than I expected for a Friday morning, but there were washers open and we didn't have to wait. There are three different capacity washers: double load, triple load and maxi load. We used a triple load ($4.25) and two double load ($3.25) washers. The facility seems well-maintained and pretty clean. The floors could have used a thorough cleaning (considerable dust and debris in the corners) and the trough for the detergent was pretty grimy and could use a good scrubbing. Keep in mind that I am a clean-freak so my standards may be higher than most. :-) Change machine available by no free wifi. The bathroom looked to be recently renovated and was very fresh and clean. One recommendation would be that they should certainly provide a recycle bin. The trash was FULL of empty plastic laundry soap containers. That absolutely should not be in a town that seems to be pretty aware of recycling. Overall, it was a fast, easy and efficient stop and I would certainly do laundry here again. read more

Thriving business for somebody. No one in attendance. One machine took $5.50 and didn't work, one took $2.50 and jammed. I think it needed emptying. You can get your money back at Quiznos so if their machines eat your money go over there. Needless to say I'm not a happy camper and I really am camping. A wasted day making some Jackson resident a little richer. Had the pleasure of coming back here tonight because camping longer here. One machine malfunctioned and after waiting for it to spin I had to open it and water poured out. Also by 9:00 most of the dryers won't take money anymore because they are full. I take exception to people who have a profitable business and don't hire people to make sure things run properly. Most of this FAT cats customers are farm or restaurant workers. Without a good safe clean laundromat. It's located by the Smith Grocery store and a Quiznos. They have on site change machines that accept 1-5-10 dollar bills. Three sizes of washers that range from$2-$5 in price. The dryers are the large tumble dry type. 4 quarters for 24 minutes and my stuff was totally dry and not scorched.
