The owner, whom we spoke with, was unsympathetic at best. From her attitude and comments I must agree with the other reviewer who concluded they are unfriendly to out of towners. This required us to find alternate, last-minute arrangements over a holiday weekend which took many hours and cost hundreds of dollars. When we drove by after arriving in Jackson it absolutely appeared that they had space. I would rate them 0 if I could.

I cannot recommend Teton Movers based on our experience. I…read moream a military brat and also served in the military, so I have moved many times throughout my life. This was, by far, the worst move I have experienced. We provided multiple video walkthroughs before the move, but when the driver finally arrived, we were told they only had one video and that some rooms/items were not accounted for. I had called multiple times beforehand to ask whether they needed additional time or information for packing, and I was repeatedly assured they did not. The movers were scheduled to arrive at 9:00 a.m. but did not arrive until about 12:45 p.m. They brought a truck that was too small, did not bring enough boxes, and did not have enough packing materials. They eventually had to purchase more boxes and rent a U-Haul trailer, and we still had to buy about $300 worth of plastic tubs and bins ourselves just to get everything packed. We also had to load items into our personal vehicles because there still was not enough space. The packing process was extremely disappointing. There were major communication barriers with the driver and the two movers who packed and loaded our belongings, which made an already stressful situation even harder. Many items appeared to be packed carelessly, with very little protective material. Some glasses had only a single sheet of paper around them, and I even found what appeared to be a used napkin wrapped around one glass. In several boxes, our own clothing was used as packing material. Because of the delays and lack of preparation, we did not leave our former residence until around 10:00 p.m. and then had to drive through the night because we were closing on our new home the next day. Teton Movers was aware of our timeline. Since the move, we have found many broken items. One of the most upsetting losses was a handcrafted glass bowl from Italy that was given to us as a wedding gift. It is now completely destroyed and cannot be replaced. The only bright spot in the entire move was the two movers who helped unload at our destination. They were professional and helpful, and I appreciated their work. Unfortunately, that positive experience does not outweigh the overall lack of preparation, communication, care for our belongings, and professionalism during the rest of the move. I also could not easily find clear information on their website about how to file a claim for damaged property. Based on this experience, I would not use Teton Movers again and would caution others, especially military families or anyone on a strict moving timeline, to carefully consider other options.

I did haver one epxiernece where the washer ran 30 min past when it should have ended and did not empty its water, leaving me with dropping gallons of water on the floor to get my sheet out to put into another machine. This was a one time issue and after a few weeks the owner did call me back and refund my money. Overall, the site is clean, the machines work, parking is easy to access and the people are good here. They can get quite busy so I recommend coming in in the early morning or late in the day and watch out for the weekends.

I had 5 loads of wash and went here to catch up before we returned home. Most of the dryers take coins but the change machines were out of order. I saw people lose money in the machines and another person had to leave to go get change. I ended up taking my 5 heavy soaking wet loads of laundry to another laundromat to dry them. But her was what turned this review around: I emailed the business about my frustrating day and someone got back to me within a few hours and said the owner would reach out the next day. And he did! He explained that the repairman had left the business and they were having a difficult time replacing him and some of the machines were not working as expected. He was so professional and made things right. It must be difficult to run a small business these days. And it's very rare that an owner is so responsive to a complaint. I really respect this owner. I would definitely use this laundromat again. I would recommend that until they hire a new repairman being plenty of quarters and your own detergent so that you can wash and dry your clothes with out interruptions.

I came here to wash a king and queen size comforter. The facility provides all sizes of washers…read more I used the largest two and the comforters fit without cramming. The smaller of the machines cost a little under $6 (the price varies depending on your settings but the max was $6.50). The largest machine cost a little under $8 with the max set at $8.00. It took 22 min for the wash cycle. Other washing prices were $4.75 down to $2.00. The coin machine accepts $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills. It has a light indicator when it is out of service. It was not out of service the day I went. Soup, bleach and softeners all cost $.75. It has Tide, Cheer, Clorox 2 for colors and Bounce (this one has enough for two loads). Not all the dryers worked. One was missing a door and three of the others heating element didn't work. 8 were operational. This was not an issue since I was the only person there. It cost $.25 per 5 min of drying time. I set the dryers on medium heat. It took 25 min for the queen comforter and 40 min for the king. The king did not get completely dry. I brought it home and set it out in the sun. There are three folding tables. Long but not wide, a bathroon, plenty of seats and a small vending machine of snacks (no drinks). Two of the folding tables were not particularly clean. One had a lone Cheerio on it with a bit of paper (like out of a washed pocket). The other had a smeer of something unidentifiable. Overall I am very pleased with the facility and cleanliness of my comforters. I got out of there for under $20 which is a heck of a lot less than a dry cleaning bill

We saw 3 moose traversing the field on the other side of the river which runs parallel to the pool side of the property. Alternating between the cold plunge and the heated pools was a fun challenge our family had with one another. Everyone was friendly and the max number they allow is perfect, not too crowded. I'm envious of the locals who can frequent this experience!
