Not only did they clean the suit, but they repaired the tear in the vest. Very friendly service and a fast turn around time. My father was very pleased. We have been going to this cleaner for a couple of years now and for the most part have had good experiences. However the first encounter with the first shift lady, was a few months ago when we found that one of our shirts that had been dried cleaned had staines on it , brand new shirt. Unfortunatluy, we did not take it back immediately as it had been sitting int he closet unworn. When we took it back was few weeks after we picked it up , the lady was very rude and told us that if we had bought something at HEB we would'nt expect them to accept it back three weeks later so why should be expect that from the cleaners. Understood! Next time , I picked up two shirts and as soon as I hung them in my vehicle I noticed what appeared to be a burnt spot on the front of a white shirt. I immediatey took it back in and the lady was very understandble and said asked for me to leave it there and she would share with the morning crew and for me to call back. We called back on monday morning and the lady was rude and said she was going to tell her manager that it was a burn seed in the pocket that was caused by us. We werent exactly sure what she meant to she explained that it was a marijuana seed and that we had done it ourselves. When we shared our concern on how she had spoken to us she aske if we were offended , heck yes we were offended. We have never smoked in our lives. I then called to speak to the manager and he said he was taking care of the situation, he would speak to the owner and would call me back with how they would address our concerns, the shirt and the disrespectfulnness. It's been days with no return call. When I call back to speak to manager , he's never there to respond to ac call. Needless to say, we wont' be going back! Your message could benefit from some adjustments for clarity and professionalism. GARBAGE!!!!!! My husbands work shirts came back DISGUSTING, filthy, smelling like fuel, and not pressed in the slightest. I wouldn't ever enable this establishment again, it's a rip off!!! Pretty sure they tagged and bagged... didn't put the work in at all... and that pisses me off as it should any hard working person... Fast friendly service, best prices on southeast side , self serve Laundromat is always clean, machines work great, very inexpensive.

Looks as if the prices have been changed to what we should actually be actually. Also, can never beat same day pick up for dry cleaning.

I bring my clothes here. I love it. I do not think the prices are bad. It's the best price here in the SOUTHSIDE. Not to mention they are open 7 days a week and open late. Staff is also nice. read more

Let's start with the positive; This cleaners is open 7 days a week from 7am to 9pm which is great if one works late or has a crazy schedule. They are only closed on major holidays. They offer 1-day service: In by 10am, out after 5pm. Big plus! Now, the negative; The staff is a hit or miss on customer service. Some ladies are super friendly and nice. Mostly the morning staff. While others are super bossy, completely rude and obnoxious. Mostly the night staff. There is one worker in particular that is completely vile and rude, by the name of Carla (Older, heavy set lady, with short blonde hair). This lady likes to put her opinion on what you need/want on your clothes and could care less what you would like done to your own clothes. My family's encounter with her started months ago and recently went head to head. Im disable, I have difficulty walking and talking. When a situation arose between this lady and myself, I asked for a manager. She first told me there was not one available. Then she told me, go to the office and find one myself. When I asked where I could find the office at, she then told me to call 911 and have them figured it out. I then asked another worker who was standing there for help, but she seemed completely terrified of this lady Carla (if fact, the whole business seems terrified of her!) and wouldn't say much. Carla continue to back talk me, saying small insults under her breath at me. It was vile. As I pointed out that the camera were recording her actions, she seemed not to care, starting.... "they can record all and night! Ain't nothing going to happen to me!" As I stood there in stock, but definitely not allowing the insults to go unnoticed, the other worker finally found the courage to speak up and give me the name of the manager. I called the Manager by the name of Aubrey. She did listen but you could tell there was hesitation in her voice about the situation and about Carla (it seems she is also afraid of this lady). I invited her to please review the security cameras and to see for herself. Which she said she would do but I later found out she never did. However, she did apologize on Carla behalf. Now, the new issue, I have a family that is a police cadet (thus the reason for needing a cleaners so often). This Carla now finds it fitting to tell any cadet that walks into that cleaners if they know my family member, Carla names my family member and she proceeds to say that HE is starting issues with her and they need to report him to the Academy, when in fact, thats a bold face lie!! That family member has never said anything to her other then hello and thank you. He has never said more then 3 words to her. He has been more then patient and courteous with this individual (Carla) at all times while she continues to be rude and disrespectful. But the sad truth is nothing will be done to her. That entire business is afraid of her and she obviously knows people in the San Antonio Police Department that she feels will protect her, which is truly sad. I don't understand why we need to go out of our way and find a new cleaners and be inconvenienced because of ONE LADY! Makes no sense. If they would get rid of this lady, Carla, and maybe higher some quality employees when some customers service skills they would be an amazing and awesome cleaners to go to! read more

This is by far the worst laundromat ever in the whole wide world, do not go here. The washing machines don't work properly. They have water,soap, bleach, sitting in the compartments where you put your cleaning supplies already.Second of all the water in the back of the washing machines just comes out and runs onto the floor. The washing machine I used did not spin my blanket at all there was water pouring out of the machine and the my blanket was soaking wet. The woman that's fat with light blonde hair cussed me out and told me that I was not a real woman because I did not know how to do laundry. She was upset because I told her that I was going to report this business to the Better Business Bureau and she called me every name in the book. I will never go back to that place. I don't even want to try the dry cleaner part of this laundromat because I'm sure it's also horrible. read more

I usually take my dry cleaning elsewhere. However, this business is closer to my home and I have lived in the neighborhood for a while. This place seems like it has plenty of customers, so I thought they must be good and gave them a try. I dropped off a navy blazer. One I took the blazer in the store I noticed that the blazer had a bit of dog hair on it. I have four shaggy indoor dogs. The blazer also had a stain on the shoulder and looked a little "dusty". I was charged a little over $6.00 for that garment to be cleaned. When I picked it up two days later, I could see the most of the hair had been taken off (I did pull one hair off of it later on at home.), but it didn't look cleaner. It looked like maybe they took a steam iron to it, but it didn't have that dry cleaned smell to it either. Upon further inspection, I saw the spot on the shoulder was still there. When I checked the pockets, I pulled out a business card that I forgot to take out. You could tell the card's ink was not faded or blurred by any chemical. This place is the worst. I dropped off my suit double creases in my pants, my coat was wrinkled and vest had something on it. Live and learn, I should have inspected my clothing there, but then I didn't have enough days to drop it off to another cleaners. read more
