After measuring a few windows, Joshua told us they added another appointment to his schedule and he was going to have to leave, that he "didn't have time" to do the estimate now since they added to his schedule. Having made this appointment a week in advance, and then telling us "he didn't have time" since they just added to his schedule, is in my opinion very poor customer service. Probably a poor reflection on their work as well. Not an accident, that the other 1 star reviews have to do with canceled estimates and poor scheduling. We decided to go with another company.

We had a coffee table sandblasted and painted in which they did an excellent job; however, they at the time measured for the glass top which was delivered weeks later and the wrong size. Four months later, we still don't have the glass and have called numerous times. They will call saying they have it on their truck and can deliver but never will call to schedule because they say they have to work it into their schedule. I forgot to add...I was out of town so my mother called to schedule the delivery once more. Nancy accused me of never returning calls and that she had called me a dozen times. Nancy never called me once! Will drive to New Braunfels or San Antonio before ever doing business with them again!
