I needed CPAP supplies since March. They kept telling me my doctor was not sending my prescription…read moreover. Come to find out. My doctor has sent over clinical notes from my visit which had my prescription in it. They never bothered to look and read through the notes. They figured that my doctor never sent a prescription over. So finally after 2 months of waiting. An awesome wonderful worker named Mark finally helped me. I'm hoping things go through. I did get a message telling me I should be getting my supplies in about 3 to 5 days. Hopefully things go well I get my supplies.

I've been using HME for a concentrator and CPAP machine for about 10 years. They used to be pretty…read moregood. Now they're terrible and I wouldn't recommend them. I've had to replace 3 concentrators in roughly 4 months and twice they didn't come to replace the machine although they said it was scheduled. One time was before a holiday weekend and I was without oxygen for 5 nights. This is supposed to be treated as an emergency. I'm asking my doctor to refer me to a different comapny.

Last week I went in to buy a Camelbak water bottle. Not only did they have a great selection of sizes and styles, their prices were half of the price at REI!

Hands down one of the best bike shops in NM. I have an older Scott Spark SL that's pushing 80k in…read moremiles but far from retirement. I had an issue pop up with the linkage units creaking/lose etc. after another store here locally looked at, they reassembled the linkage units with blue lock-tight...which is a huge no-no...lol...moronic actually. That said, New Mexico Bike and Sport worked with the OEM to get this corrected and replaced them with new linkage units. Bike is tight as hell now!! They also did some other repairs...like correcting the rear de-railure hanger, a misfitted chain from Another shop (installed too short of a chain) and one hell of a clean up too. They threw in a few other goodies as well. My bike looks brand new and more Importantly, rides like a gazelle!! I can't express enough the level of detail they went to on this awkwardly critical issue. They also, well worth noting, updated me regularly on the progress of this project...and trust me, it was not an easy lift. Due to the severity of the previous bike store locking the linkage units in place, they worked with the OEM on how to basically perform an emergency extraction and by the way...Scott backed them on up a potential frame replacement if something went wrong....based on how they instructed them to perform the extraction. In 15 years of living in NM...this sincerely was my best experience in dealing with a true servicing partner for my MtB. Will I drive up there again for assistance?? Absolutely. It's a family run business so I felt like I was treated like a "real" person rather then just another client. I didn't feel stupid asking questions and the graphic designer didn't rush me through the design process. Printing turnaround time and shipping is really fast, my signs have always arrived in great condition and Deluxe has even come through for me on a rush order that I needed in less then 24hrs. Oh yea, and their prices are also the best I've seen across the board! Well done Deluxe Design!
