It had been "cleaned" twice by two other services, but the dirt came back to the surface soon after they were done "cleaning" it. Doug used environmentally safe products and completely cleaned and sanitized the carpet and even got out permanent marker stains that we never thought that he would get out. In addition to the excellent job in cleaning, Doug provided outstanding customer service in meeting my mom's request for when he did the job. He went out of his way to make her happy (she is 92 and can be hard to please!) and meeting her timeframe. She has been SO very happy since he did the work so well and when she wanted it done. This isn't even what upset me about it though, he came up and threatened to sue us if we damaged their property. He screamed and yelled at me and movers, I said fine no problem and bit my tongue.
