I've NEVER had this issue with any other storage unit in my LIFE. Some increase by 10% after 6 months some its a year but never in my life have I seen a company this GREEDY and PREDITORY. I didn't have any issues with the truck, I do recommend if you are renting a hand truck to tie it down with a bungee to prevent it from rattling around. Upon returning the truck a guy welcomed me and asked if there was any issues. I had the truck for about 12 hours with $15 insurance and paid around $100 including refuel.
