WOW! Very impressed! I had the task of outfitting three LDS missionaries last summer. I took the first to Mr Mac and got most of his stuff there, then I found out about Missionary Mall in Orem. WOW! I took the next two young men there and then the first one to get the rest of his supplies. We found almost everything we needed for missions there. One stop shopping! Plus we were being helped by returned missionaries, who with our luck, had served near where my sons were going. So they could make very specific recommendations. Which have been spot on. But wait, the story gets better. The first boy, who had Mr Mac suits and then Missionary Mall shirts and one pair of their pants, wrote home soon after entering the São Paulo MTC. He asked for more Missionary Mall pants. The Mr.Mac suit pants were hot, uncomfortable, causing a rash and already showing wear from just sitting in class. The Missionary Mall pants were comfy, breathable and looked great. He also said that the two Mr. Mac shirts he had were his least favorite compared to the rest that were from the Missionary Mall. If I haven't convinced you that Missionary Mall is the place to go yet....fast forward three months. Same first son had a flood in his apartment, wiped out almost all his shirts. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. We had the absolute best experience imaginable here. As soon as we walked through the door we were immediately greeted with a very warm and personal welcome. The gal that helped us asked my daughter where she would be serving her mission and directed her to a binder that had tips from other sister missionaries who had served in the same area. She not only helped us by retrieving different sizes of clothing when needed, but she brought styles that she felt like my daughter might like. It felt like we had our own personal shopping assistant, which I really appreciated since the whole ordeal of getting everything needed for a mission can be overwhelming. The store had plenty of seating outside the dressing rooms and shoe area so we were comfortable while my daughter tried on clothes. It was such a relief to know that everything in the store would be "missionary" approved and we wouldn't have to dig through clothes to find ones that would work for her. Simple alterations are offered for free and they are even willing to ship the altered clothing when completed for a very small and reasonable fee. We will be back many times in the future. We had a very unique situation. Our son was already in the MTC when we received un update to his mission stating that suits are required. Originally we were told that suits were not required because he was going somewhere warm year round. Needless to say we had to quickly and creatively find suits for him. After calling around to many close by "Missionary" attire stores, Missionary Mall had the quickest and cheapest turnaround for alterations. A absolute must for our situation. At first I was turned off because they only offered their brand (I was looking for something washable and I already had something in mind). But they convinced me to try them out, which I did because of their quick turnaround. I am so glad I did!!! The suit fit soooo much better than the other one I had in mind, and my son loved them. Plus they had great color options, blue, black, light gray and charcoal. We ended up purchasing 2 suits (which each included 2 pairs of pants!) and a few ties and they promised to have them tailored and delivered to the MTC the next business day!! Plus!! I have four son's who've all served missions and I've outfitted them all at Missionary Mall. Here is just one reason why: The Two Year Guarantee = first son wore out his shoes from excessive walking (he was in a HUGE area without bus service and they weren't allowed bikes because of crime) and because of the 2 year guarantee we were able to get new shoes to replace the worn out ones FOR FREE. It save me 100's of dollars! And it was easy, all I had to do was email them a picture of the worn out shoes. Then when I took my second son to MM, it was just days after the 2011 tsunami that hit Japan and MM was mailing out 4 full sets to Japan's Elders that had lost them in the event. We had heard of Missionary Mall's great guarantee on their clothing, so traveled to their store to buy all my son's missionary attire. He went to Texas and over the next two years Missionary Mall held up their end of the bargain. They replaced 2 pairs of pants (2 separate bike wrecks), 1 belt (buckle broke), 6 pairs of socks (wore out, lost, and grey), and 6 white shirts (grey beyond salvaging). The pants were all hemmed to the proper length before they were mailed to him, and they had a record of his sizes so knew just what to send. All we ever needed to do was provide a picture of the pant holes and broken buckle. Amazing. Their customer service rocks and is well worth the extra effort we put in to travel to their store. Sure, we could have shopped sales and found the items cheaper, but I'd have ended up purchasing all those items listed over the course of the next 2 years. A great example of spending a bit more up front to save money over the long run. read more

I have been so impressed with the Missionary Mall Customer Service. My son has been serving in the Texas, Lubbock Mission. He will be returning home in just a few weeks. Living in Florida, we ordered all of his clothing online. The two year warranty was a huge incentive for us. About 3 weeks ago, I received an email from my son that there were large areas on the shoulder of his suit jacket where it appeared the sun had bleached it. He was planning to purchase a new suit as he still needed one even though he only had 6 weeks left. I sent an email to customer service with pictures of the jacket and the only question I was asked was his inseam so they could have the pants of a new suit all ready for him. I love the Missionary Mall. I have 1 son that has served a mission and 1 son who is serving a mission right now for the Church of Jesus Christ of LatterDay Saints. My family and I drove all the way from Canada so we could shop at the Missionary Mall. They have absolutely EVERYTHING you could possibly need. They always have sales on items knowing that your son will need multiple items such as white shirts, socks, pants, ties, etc. Their immediate attention to you is amazing. The minute you walk through the door you are acknowledged. Sometimes you might have to wait a minute because as soon as someone is there to help you, you have their undivided attention until you are ready to leave. We had a good experience working with both Shawn and Bryant as we discussed suit and shoe options for a missionary going to South America. Bryant was proficient in the details of sizing the suit coat and pants. They were friendly, helpful, and were able to answer our questions. We've used Missionary Mall for years. They outfitted two of our sons for their missions (2003 and 2005). They also outfitted my husband for the first of our couple missions in 2009. We inherited some of the suitcases our sons used on their missions--two black ones and a blue one. We used them later for our four (18-23 month) missions before they finally wore out. Customer service has been good. One son's shoes wore out during his mission and they replaced them. The missionary mall is awesome! The suit I bought for my mission looked great and lasted a long time, but wore out after about a year and a half of hard work. They replaced it for free and I still have the replacement. Now I'm getting married and decided to come back for another suit. The prices are excellent and I got a quality suit for a very good price. I appreciate that the sales associates are helpful without being pushy. When I brought my oldest son in, I was worried the associates would try to get us to buy more than what we came in for or try to push the most expensive items on us. That is not what happened, though. Instead, they listened to us and tried to help us get what we wanted and would work best for my son.
