I must say I was sceptical about going to Mens Warehouse because in the past in various cities they have not been very helpful. This one was completely different walked in the door within one minute. I had a young lady ( Christiana, ) maybe the correct spelling I'm not sure. She was there ready to help and helped me pick out not only the suit but the style and answer any questions I had. Ridiculous! I bought a missionary bundle and it came with two slacks and a suit coat some shirts and some ties. I found that my pants were too tight in the crotch and left little room to move. I went to the nearest store this was a WEEK AFTER I got them. They had a snappy attitude when we came in being very polite and would have an annoyed look the whole time. all I wanted to do was change from a size 44 to 48 to see if it would be better fitting. The lady that "helped" us just threw the suit in the dressing room and walked away, she kept bringing up prices like if we weren't able to afford it, and wouldn't let him try anything on until we had to practically beg her. Don't know her name, she was a white lady with long braided hair and a shitty attitude. Waited in the dressing room for someone to come take measurement and nobody ever came, just had to walk out. Fitting went well, but their organization was terrible. After my third trip to this location, nobody was able to locate where my $600 suit was, and could not provide any information on how to find it. It ended up being shipped to my parents house in Ohio. An old address on file. With three days until the wedding, I sure hope it fits... I walked out with my shoulders shrugged and a "good luck" from the salesman. I'll be going to Joseph A. The most aggressive and rude salesman I have just about ever come across works here. When I was having a hard time explaining the suit color I was looking for he got very frustrated and showed me where my size of suit was to browse. When I asked if there were any other spots in the store with a few more suits that size to look at, just to check for clearance areas etc, he rolled his eyes and said "again, your size is right here. That's it." And walked away without so much as a good luck or thanks for coming in. You've lost my business! That's for sure! I have used Men's Wearhouse twice in the past, and on both occasions have faced very poor customer service and an incredible lack of tact and professionalism from both employees and managers. The first time I got a suit that I had purchased from them tailored, they notified me 3 weeks later that it was ready for pickup. After receiving the suit, I went to try it on and noticed that the pants had not even been touched. They were just as I had seen them the first time, chalk marks and all. They then took about another 2 weeks to re-tailor the pants and I got them back. Again, I tried them on and the tailoring was so poor that I had to take them to another store to get corrected. On the second occasion, another location had to send in a pair of pants that had been previously ordered. They put them under the wrong name, sent them in the wrong size, and had no apparent way of getting the problem fixed. The employees and manager were unaffected by the inconvenience and showed minimal effort to help get the problem solved. There are multiple other stores nearby that I will be using instead of MW in the future. read more

I am truly smitten by the service I received. Inappropriate sales staff and did not listen to my needs. They're more concerned with getting you into a suit that day than getting you what you want. I have a very specific look that I wanted and they had those suits on the website, but "you wouldn't wanna wait to get them ordered in" even though it would realistically be around a week. You want blue, if they don't have it they'll push black. You want casual and they don't have it, they'll push fancy attire. I am versed in men's fashion and they give the wrong advice on fits and styles and what occasions they are for. read more

Never in my life have I had such an awful and bizarre shopping experience. This was due to one of the employees there, a darker hair woman who appears to be a professional employee but she is everything but that. Said woman greeted my friends and I by taking us directly to the belt section (we asked to look at the suits) and proceeded to take a belt and make a whipping sound with it and then said "I'm not here to do favors for any of you freaks," and then she proceeded to have a wardrobe malfunction which in part exposed her chest and she proceeded to make a scene and yell at us to stop looking at her (trust me we were not) she then left us alone for a few minutes until approaching us again to ask which one of us was getting married and told said friend to "prepare for the best night of his life" while winking at him. She then proceeded to follow us throughout the store and then left the building and returned as we were checking out and I was keeping an eye on her because she was honestly making us very uncomfortable and she approached me and yelled "what are you looking at!?!?" The other employees confirmed that she is indeed an employee. Never in a million years would I recommend this establishment to another person after that bizarre experience. read more

I was shocked when I looked this location up and it had such low reviews! The woman that helped us was so kind and was not pushy at all. She made the experience so easy and stress free. We went in needing to get a suit for our wedding and the one we got was on sale! They're having a promotion for weddings so we got the full suit, white shirt and a tie all for about $350. I'm also new to the whole suit shopping thing and the sales lady was very patient and honest about what was good quality and what wasn't, which I really appreciated. It's very frustrating to walk into a store and see 10+ workers standing around and talking, while waiting for help. I'm not sure if it's because they assume we're young and won't buy anything or if they don't care about their customers, or if they're just terrible salesmen. It's a waste of our time to stand around waiting for help & it's a waste of theirs if they decide not to actually do their jobs. This store has the worst customer service I've ever received. Both the culture and incentives for employees are terrible. They will only treat you well and assist you if it appears that you will be buying high-value items. I have spent a lot of money at this store over the past few years and basically exclusively used Mens Wearhouse for all of my business needs, including my wedding. Over the past couple years I've noticed a disturbing trend. I am only attended to if I am there to purchase expensive clothing. Every time I've ever gone in to pick up a tailoring job AFTER I already purchased it, I am ignored and have to chase someone down for help, even when there is not another customer in the entire store. A few weeks ago, I went in to get some tailoring done on a few pairs of pants that had already been tailored in the past (Mens Wearhouse offers free tailoring on pants that have already been tailored). From the second I walked in I was treated as if I was trying to rob the store. I was the only customer in the entire store, but I had to wait forever for someone to help me. I finally sought someone out and told him I needed to have the pants tailored. When he discovered that I was wanting it done for free (per Mens Wearhouse policy), he treated me as if I was a huge inconvenience that he just wanted to not have to deal with. He kept trying to tell me that I'd probably have to pay, even though I knew that was not the policy. He finally got the seamstress and after instructing me to try on the pants, she immediately told me that if I would wear the pants "where they're supposed to be worn" that she wouldn't need to do any work on them. She had me pull up the pants to a level that would be uncomfortable to any one under the age of 80 and drew the lines to tailor them at that level. At this point, I just wanted to be done, so I tried on the other pairs, each time being told to hike them way too high on my waist. After all this, I told the first employee that I spoke to that I needed them to be done in a week and a half, which would seem like a reasonable amount of time. He told me they couldn't have them done until three weeks, that it was literally impossible. After putting up a fight, he finally told me he'd write the date on them that I wanted, but they probably wouldn't be done by then because, again, it was impossible. Fast forward a week and a half and they actually finished the pants on time, to their credit. Of course they don't fit at all and I now have to take the time to take them in to a different place (obviously I won't be going back to this store). Unless you're planning on spending thousands of dollars at this store, be prepared to be treated like a second-class citizen. They will only be nice to you and offer acceptable service if you've got your wallet open wide. read more

I was married earlier this month and had a very disappointing experience with the staff. My wife and I picked a wedding package (which they priced match from Clarks Tuxedos, if you do go here, make sure to price match, they (Men's Wearhouse) overprice initially) and we went back before their two week deadline to make some changes to the style of tuxedos and vests, etc., etc. For whatever reason, we were never given notice the the tuxedos had arrived, and we finally went to check up on them a couple days before the wedding. I tried on the tuxedo, but the associate never did a check (or whatever you want to call it) while I was wearing the tuxedo to make sure everything fit correctly. While checking the other wedding parties outfits, I realized everything was a mix of the first style we had chosen, and the second style we had changed to before their two week deadline. Together with the associate, we spent over an hour trying to figure out what suit needed what, who was missing ties, shoes, etc,etc. For the last part of this process, the associate said he would get everything in order, and I sat with my wife while he did all the sorting. Two groomsmen's suits ended up having completely wrong pants and vests, so those had to be picked up the next day. In the end we had 6 of the 8 suits in the package, with the other two getting picked up the next day, and we thought we had everything figured out. Our wedding was in Idaho and after driving to the location, we discovered that one suit was missing shoes, another had a shirt that was entirely too small, and three of the suits were missing any sort of tie. Two hours before my wedding we had to rush around to find another set of five matching ties in another state. The closest Men's wearhouse did not have the ties we ordered, and in the end let us borrow 5 ties that kinda resembled the secondary colors for our wedding. To complete things, we found me tuxedo pant were not sized right, my crotch went to my knees and the ends of the pants were short. Obviously after our wedding, I was upset at the stress that this all caused. When we spoke about the issues with manager, I was very disappointed in how he approached the situation. Lane was very polite, but I found the lack of customer service surprising. He originally refunded half of the groom's tux (after taking off the damage rental, and repeatedly telling us about our great discount, which we only received off a price match), but after questioning about other issues he added in a $35 gift card to mens wearhouse, arguing that that more than made up for the ties which rent out at $2.50 ea. Additionally he stated that any sort of refund was not going to fix an error that already happened, that was in the past. What was disappointing about Lane's (the manager) conduct was that I am a customer who trusted this business with taking care of a very integral part of the most important day of my life, and the attitude I felt while working with him about my complaints was not appreciated at all. This did not feel like a manager who wanted to retain my future business, rather someone who wanted a monkey off his back. I felt like I had to argue my case in a situation I clearly should not have had to, and explain why five ties on my wedding day CERTAINLY mean a lot more to me than $2.50 each. This is about my trust and security of Men's Wearhouse to take care of me in a very important and stressful situation, and when they failed to do so, the attitude I felt from the staff and manager was manipulative and not at all apologetic. The partial refund was appreciated, but this is certainly the last time I expect to solicit service from Men's Wearhouse and at a time when most, if not all of my (and my wives) friends are preparing for marriage, we will be sure to let them know of our experience to help them try to avoid this stress. read more

We were so stoked with the great deal and the service that we went back with one our best man to find him a suit, we were greeted kind of impatiently by Craig. He then proceeded to continuously leave us waiting for 10 minutes a time, great us impatiently and rudely when he'd come back then made a horribly rude comment about our wedding date and walked away. Last Saturday my fiancé and I went looking for his suit for our wedding, he finally found what he want in this store after we went to many places, but no one acknowledged to us, I saw two salesman just talking between them and walking around we stayed for over 40 minutes and nothing, my fiancé wanted to try the pants, but we didn't know if he could bc (covid time) and most stores don't allow to try the clothing, I told him to try them and if they say us something we can let them know nobody was attending us, but still nothing, my fiancé also needed shirts , ties, etc .. but a that time I was so frustrated that I suggested him to buy the suit and go somewhere else for everything he needed .. Then when they realized we was going to buy a suit then they started to taking care of us, then they wanted to show us shirts, belts, shoes, etccc .. However it does not ended here, we went in again yesterday to pick up the suit, the tailor did a great job, but they gave us the suit in a trash bag .. idk what to think about it, my fiancé felt very offended and discriminated in this place, we won't never go back again and I will let know my closer friends about this experience so they don't have to pass through this. read more

I went in yesterday to get my pants fitted, and as always, these guys were very professional and good at what they do. The only problems I ever have with these guys is first, how long they take to make alterations and things (but even then, I understand that they are super busy and things like that take time), and second, everything ends up costing way more after hidden fees and stuff. So to be honest, I'd say I probably would give them a 4.5 star rating, but I don't want to give them a 5, so a 4 will have to do. read more

Extremely impressed with the dedication and customer service of the staff at Men's Warehouse! We went to pick up a tux we rented and the alterations and fitting of it were completely wrong. Chris, one of the workers, took charge of the situation and went to a completely different store to pick up a new jacket and Mary was already on it to alter the pants! Maybe he's colorblind but he refused to actually help us find a suit that fit our wedding colors and fit me. The pants I tried on were absolutely awful; I'm a skinny guy but he didn't even try to find pants that relatively fit. I looked honestly like a clown because of how baggy my pants were in the leg. He told me that was the style and that I shouldn't worry. I know that's not the style, and the fact you think that makes me out of this world worry for those with no fashion sense. Thank goodness the tailor came and saved the day. He was great and adjusted my suit to European slim(which is what I've always worn). They where going to call when it came in. No one called, he went to the store twice and final got the shirt 1 day before the Wedding. Mind you they measured my husband to get the correct fit.. The day of the of our daughters Wedding my husband put his shirt on that was special ordered didn't fit. The sleeves where to short and he could not button the top button. DO NOT RENT HERE! The service at this Men's Wearhouse is not good. I was assisted by someone named Gary. He was helpful fitting me for a rental for a package deal for me and a few other groomsmen. But when he rang me up, he ended up charging me over $50 above the price the groom (my friend) had been quoted. They charged me a $20 "deposit" to reserve the rental. When I returned the rental, it turned out that this was not a deposit at all - it was a reservation fee that you never get back. Don't call it a deposit if it's not refundable or at least be up front that it isn't refundable. I will never go to Men's Wearhouse again. read more
