After we had been with them almost one year and purchased the second annual service maintenance plan, that is when everything started going downhill. DISHONEST: Said they came out and performed the 6-month generator maintenance; yet, security cameras proved no one came by. LACK OF INTEGRITY: Charged me over $900 for a part that wasn't needed. Once I cleared out the error codes, the generator started right up and has worked ever since. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: Had to call for assistance repeatedly, or they wouldn't return phone calls, was told they didn't have time to "deal with customer problems," or they wouldn't answer the telephone, etc. UNETHICAL: Said they would refund my $525 for the second annual maintenance plan (I canceled before the start date), but then decided that I owed them more money for bogus charges. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
