For the past several weeks I have not been able to receive the treatment I desperately need because Bienville computers have been out. I have called, visited and written emails asking to be seen so I could receive a referral for the epidural. In the past three weeks, I have not been able to communicate with anyone. Today I finally received a callback from the nurse telling me they couldn't do anything since the computer system was still out. I told him never mind, I went to another doctor for treatment at which time the IDIOT hung up on me. This is the type of service you can expect to receive from Bienville...go somewhere else!
