These guys lifted the carpeted up and were able to get under the carpet to make sure the entire stain was treated and removed. It has been about a 4-6 weeks since we had our carpet cleaned and it still looks like new! They were also kind enough to pull the carpet tighter before re-taking to rid the ripple that was there. First order we didn't get all of clothes, and it was over two months before we realize we didn't have them. Mind you, we'd paid for them. I started to give them a break because they have waited for me a few minutes after closing. But then there was today. I picked up almost $300 in dry cleaning and NOT ONE of the three people working in there offered to open the door and assist with carrying the clothes to my car. Yes, I was a bit snippy because they kept telling me they didn't clean wedding dresses. Although it was white and resembled a wedding a dress, it was not. I only needed the dress pressed.
